policy managments
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far
all required are achieved
all required are achieved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching, Remote Accss, Endpoint managment
Interesting solution, powerfull tools but support/dev team are not up to it...
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to manage computers remotly for remote control, softwares, files, registry, etc..
The Patch management is very powerfull, as the software deployment.
We can deploy everything in a easy way or complex way witch scripts, etc...
Very interesting for beginners who are not IT friendly, or for advanced IT engineer like me.

What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is really not competent.
In almost 3 years, I had to contact the support team around 4 times.
Each time, problem was my fault, even if I show proves, elements that clearly incriminate the solution (sometimes I know they just dont read email because when they ask a question, I have to tell them to read the email...).
At the end I always have to find myself the solution. They left you without solution, explanation, nothing.
So yes I'm a very experienced IT engineer but I'm not expert of EndpointCentral even If I use it since many years, I must be able to trust the support team to help me when I need, but actually its not the case. Never in 3 years.
The other negative point is the dev team. Almost 30-50% of new updates are bringing some bugs that sometimes can be really disappointing, and they can eventually knock down all important features of the solution (I remember a version 2 years ago where the remote support was not working anymore, 1 month of support to make them admit it was their fault...)...
That's why we dont update immediatly the solution and people shouldnt, like Microsoft...
In fact the solution works fine when you know how to use it and when it works fine by itself... Don't really count on support or dev team to help you in advanced issues... it's sad but true...

Great way to keep your computers up to date.
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central does a great job finding the lastest updates from software vendors and applying those updates on all the systems in the network, relieving IT from having to do each one manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little complex to set up. It does find the computers in the network automatically, but reviewing all the software updates can take quite some time. There are also some packages that is has troubles keeping up to date (Citrix is one I have to tweak from time to time.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of the software packages on all the network computers up to date is very time consuming. First finding out that the packages have been updated, then finding out which computers have that software and finally updating each of them. Endpoint Central does a great job taking care of that for me.
Very good
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of control at the endpoint. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make the agent more stable, and also make the installation easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The patching of the equipment and the control of Bitlocker
Excellent experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and keeping track of everything, constantly up to date with patches
What do you dislike about the product?
When the user workstation runs out of hard drive space, remote function does not work, meanwhile other software can connect without any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of 400+ workstations, and auto deployment.
Streamline Endpoint Management with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central's endpoint management tools are powerful and versatile. IT administrators can remotely deploy software, enforce security policies, and manage patches seamlessly. The automation features streamline repetitive tasks, contributing to increased overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the reporting and analytics tools are functional, they may fall short of expectations for some users. Customization options are relatively limited compared to specialized reporting solutions, making it challenging to tailor reports according to specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central offers a centralized dashboard, providing IT administrators with a comprehensive view of all connected endpoints. This streamlines the management process, making it easier to monitor device health, enforce policies, and deploy software updates remotely. As a result, IT teams can achieve greater control and efficiency in managing endpoints.
medium cheese grater
What do you like best about the product?
broad spectrum of management of platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is confussing on where to go to get things done. Maintaining software in the system is frustrating.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, good graphical interphase, accurate data, connects really well with active directory, ease to rolllout softwares in their self service portal. its really good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
rollout of applications and uninstall not always work well, need to know the uninstall switches. it was a hassle to rollout correct teams version. when installing client not always shows the application icon on the tray even tho its running in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset ( hardware\software) inventory and application rollout, patch management and mobile device management. and verify and block unwanted installed applications on devices.
it is good overall. Though there are some missing features which they are working on.
What do you like best about the product?
Good software for endpoint management. Good in patch management and also to to keep inventory record properly along with software updates, system updates and other required updates aswell.
What do you dislike about the product?
The have still to work on some features like specific application blocking, and specific user accesscontrols. for example if I want to block user from executing some perticual softwares and allow others, it is still not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solved is that I can manage all the devices of my organization single handedly and can track them , track their performance, inventory, can update patches, and the best part is they don't have to be in the smae network
A Great tool for the IT Department
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features with EndpointCentral that make IT Management easier especially when there is a limited amount of manpower to do all of the work that is required of IT
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a little overwhelming what can be done, and some areas after they are installed on the clients do not like to come out if there is a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure systems are up to date with patching and allowing for the resolution of problems as they come about from a central spot, especially when working in a larger plant, as well as assisting people that are not in the exact same geological location.
