What do you like best about the product?
Its a great RMM tool that an admin can mamange endpoints, servers and works with Winodws, Linux and mac. We use it since 2014 and its had been working great for patching, remote control, software control, permission, GPs and more

What do you like best about the product?
It makes patch management and mobile device management much easier. The builtin reporting is very powerful and provides great insight into assets, warranties, patch management status and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The endpoint central updates seem to be coming out more frequently. Each time the server is updated I have agents that aren't upgrading and I have to manually update the agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is my primary reason for adding Endpoint Central to our tool belt. Being able to patch third party applications is something we had been lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to install and use this software. There are many features that administrators can use and it's not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a SIEM integration so, we need to check audit logs inside the software. Additionally, a compliance option that checks endpoints configuration and remediation abilities would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to patch and configurations management. Also, remote connection feature helps us to solve issues on client machines. OS deployment and MDM modules are also a great plus.

Users find it convenient to have a single platform that can manage updates for various non-Microsoft software applications, eliminating the need for additional third-party patch management solutions.

Integration and Compatibility: ManageEngine Endpoint Central integrates seamlessly with other ManageEngine products, creating a cohesive ecosystem for endpoint management. It also supports integration with popular IT service management (ITSM) tools, enabling smooth workflows and effective coordination. The compatibility with different operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, is also appreciated, making it suitable for organizations with diverse endpoint environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Customization Options: Some users have expressed a desire for more customization options within ManageEngine Endpoint Central. They would like to have greater control over the appearance and layout of the interface, as well as the ability to tailor certain features and settings to better align with their specific requirements.

Latency and Performance Issues: While ManageEngine Endpoint Central generally provides satisfactory performance, some users have reported occasional latency issues, particularly when accessing remote devices or working with slower network connections. Improvements in connection speed and responsiveness have been highlighted as areas for enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management: Patching software vulnerabilities is crucial for maintaining a secure IT environment. ManageEngine Endpoint Central automates the patch management process, ensuring that endpoints receive timely updates to protect against known vulnerabilities. This reduces the risk of cyber attacks and data breaches, enhancing overall security posture.

Asset Management: Keeping track of hardware and software assets across the organization can be challenging. Endpoint Central offers asset management capabilities, allowing users to efficiently monitor and manage endpoints, track software licenses, and gather valuable insights. This improves asset visibility, aids in license compliance, and facilitates better resource allocation.

Remote Access/Control: Managing remote endpoints can be complex and time-consuming, especially in distributed or remote work environments. Endpoint Central's remote access/control feature enables administrators to troubleshoot issues, install updates, and perform tasks remotely, reducing the need for physical presence. This improves efficiency, minimizes downtime, and enhances IT support capabilities.

Software Deployment: Deploying software across multiple endpoints can be a tedious process. Endpoint Central simplifies software deployment by providing centralized control and automation.
