What do you like best about the product?
The patch management feature allows me to automate the process of applying patches to my endpoints. This helps me to keep my endpoints up to date with the latest security updates, which can help to protect me from cyberattacks.
The software deployment feature allows me to easily deploy software to my endpoints. This can save me time and effort, and it can help to ensure that all of my endpoints are running the same version of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit cluttered and confusing at times. There are a lot of different options and settings, and it can be difficult to find what you are looking for.
The reporting features are not as robust as I would like them to be. There are a lot of different reports that you can generate, but they are not always very detailed or informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhanced security: ManageEngine Endpoint Central has helped me to protect my organization's data by managing and securing mobile devices in my organization.
Increased productivity: ManageEngine Endpoint Central has helped me to be more productive by allowing me to access endpoints remotely and troubleshoot problems, provide support to users, and access files and applications from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to centrally manage all of our workstations and server, chat with end users, remotely access endpoints, and run inventory reports. I also like being able to manage updates for the OS and many other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything works well. Still struggling with MDM enrollment on Windows 10 and 11 machines. Also not a fan of support. I appreciate chat support, but when we have an issue, the typical response is to request server or endpoint logs. Then we have to wait forever for a response. Many times the response has been to send a new set of logs. That gets very annoying. There have been a few times where I was able to get actual remote support, but getting that type of support is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary need is remote management, and Endpoint Central has been working well for that. We have been customers for 6 years now. Performance is good, and overall, the system is very reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central really made management easy from patching, deploying software and configurations, OS Deployment, and MDM. Now was used to take hours on end trying to keep up with and maintain just takes less than an hour daily to maintain
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing blaringly sticks out that would be a dislike of Endpoint Central. They are evolving and changing the way IT Management works so you cant complain too much on that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant patching and updating company wide, software deployments, simple OS deployment, Asset management as a whole, Vulnerability management, and Auditing of software and hardware

What do you like best about the product?
All in one solution.
Has pretty much all the tools needed for general IT support.
Good reporting ability.
Simply tasks like changing account password on remote computers are quite quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agent can often fail to reinstall itself after it tries to update, this may be an issue with our group policy but the agent is supposed to not try and reinstall itself if it is already up to date but sometimes it does.
Configurations can get stuck waiting if another is in use and it can be hard to track the issue down in another configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote connection to domain computers.
Deployment of software.
Space monitoring.
Report generation.
Remote registry and user administration.
Patch management and deployement.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and management down to the individual end device. The prices are affordable for a small/midsize business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that I often to manually install or remove the agents from the end devices. There is an automatic deployment and removal but does not work much of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alerts me when a system needs patching, and with a few clicks, I can deploy patches to one device or many devices.

Endpoint central is an amazing desktop management system with a ton of features.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Endpoint central for 10 years now and it's been a great way to manage our desktops and servers. This one piece of software can handle the vast majority of Helpdesk tasks that happen on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The wide variety of addons and build in tools mean that you can manage the lifecycle on devices from beginning to end easily.

It also integrates with a lot of other manageengine tools to make a really cohesive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's built on java in the back end, so sometimes the interface can be a little slow to respond. The server update process can be a little cumbersom as there is a separate app that is used to perform the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 300 or so endpoints that we need to manage all over the state. Endpoint Central is pretty easily scalable and allows us to perform all of the remote management and updating that we do easily and performs well whether on-site, across vpn and through the WAN. We do patch management, OS deployment, MDM, software deployment, remote desktop support and a lot of other tasks through this one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Software Deployment, where we can assign multiple packages at once and it installs in 1 or many PCs at once, that is an amazing feature and it works perfectly most of the time
What do you dislike about the product?
Inventory and clients' machine installation needs a bit of an upgrade as it is a bit finicky. Wake up Client feature can be more efficient too. Also, there should be an option that it doesn't log you out every 15 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making the job lot easier for a newbie IT support tech who doesn't need to do things manually all the time. That saves a lot of time for all technicians with two years or less experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the UI and the software in general makes managing and centralising windows computers very easy.
I also really like the Self Service feature as I think it's essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the Self Service portal look a bit nicer. Sometimes it looks fuzzy etc on some machines, not sure if thats something we need to reconfigure but yeah.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed software to manage our Windows computers, something that centrally manages them so we can push updates, keep track of stock, be able to force settings etc.
