Reliable browser for Zero Trust environments

  • October 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Secure workspace for unmanaged devices. Sessions are isolated and cloud rendered, so malicious content never touches the endpoint. Strong isolation and containment. Any risky session stays sandboxed, minimizing lateral movement and data exposure.
What do you dislike about the product?
File handling policies need fine tuning for certain teams, which added minor support work early on. The default security settings are strict, so policy tuning takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secures remote access for unmanaged and contractor devices without requiring endpoint installs. Simplifies consistent policy enforcement across departments using identity based rules.

I’ve tried so many browsers over the years, but Prisma Browser is by far the best browser I’ve had.

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Security and privacy are also top-notch, which gives me peace of mind. Honestly, I didn’t expect to switch browsers anytime soon, but Prisma has completely won me over. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants speed, simplicity, and reliability in one package
What do you dislike about the product?
Strict Security Controls Can Be Overly Restrictive
Features like blocking copy/paste, limiting file downloads, or disabling certain browser components (like WebGL or WebAssembly) can interfere with normal workflows. These can slow down productivity, especially when people need flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blind spots due to encrypted traffic
Much web traffic is encrypted nowadays (e.g. HTTPS, QUIC), which traditional security tools often can’t inspect without breaking or degrading performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates nicely if your current infrastructure, offers secure browsing without slowing down productivity of your employees. Centralised management is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to manage Prisma Access Browser could be optimised.
As the end user, the browser can feel restrictive at times, but at the end this is the point of the solution, I believe browsing will be more seamless if you give it time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the risk of malware infections, phishing attacks, and acts as a data leakage protection.
Thus helping us elevate the security standard in the company and also helps us with our security posture.

Secure, reliable, and easy-to-use access solution

  • August 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Prisma Access Browser provides a very secure and seamless way to access corporate resources without exposing sensitive information. I appreciate how easy it is to implement and integrate with existing security infrastructure. The performance is stable, and the user interface is intuitive, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users. The cloud-based nature of the solution allows secure access from anywhere, which is essential for remote and hybrid work environments. Additionally, the customer support is responsive and very knowledgeable, helping to resolve issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Prisma Access Browser is a powerful tool, the initial learning curve for administrators can be a bit steep, especially when configuring advanced policies. Some minor performance delays can occur when dealing with high traffic loads, though they are not frequent. The documentation could also be more detailed in certain areas, particularly regarding complex integrations. Finally, the pricing may be slightly high for smaller organizations, though it matches the value provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access Browser has helped us strengthen remote access security by providing a controlled and isolated browsing environment. It minimizes risks related to phishing, malware, and data leakage while allowing users to securely access corporate applications from anywhere. This has been especially beneficial for remote employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies without compromising user productivity. It also reduces the burden on IT teams by simplifying management and monitoring of secure connections, making the overall environment more reliable and scalable.

It was fine but id stick to opera

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient and secure but most of the security seems to take toll on a ram and cpu at least on my older computer it was the case, comparing to edge with turned on security id say I expected more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like browser it self is not a problem it’s just that most people will not use it as they are used to old fashioned edge or chrome, it’s neither suited for gamers nor typical older user. Might be great for corporate workers tho!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just tried it so couldn’t answer the question you are asking, but from my experience I didnt find anything that would be super crazy in terms of solving problems

Great SASE Solution, with lots of integrations and super-easy to rollout !

  • July 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud rendered, prevents lateral movement, unified policies for users and groups, accessible in multiple locations, integration with SAML (Office 365), super easy to implement + rollout ... And also, agentless !!
What do you dislike about the product?
Kinda expensive relative to their other competitors, limited support on thin clients, customer support can be a hit or miss, not a Full VPN service (designed for SaaS apps, like Office365, Google Cloud, SAP, SalesForce, etc.. )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security outside the perimeters of the organization, and the compliance with internal security organization policies, DLP application with our SaaS aplications, Zero Trust Enforcement

The best browser choice for your network

  • July 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to cover the need for more granular control over what our users are allowed to browse on the internet and to ensure they are protected while doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of resources that the browser needs to run, and more specifically the problems associated with downloading files of certain allowed types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we were facing was that our customers were using Google Chrome, which has the capability to install unauthorized plugins to block ads, and some of these plugins came infected, causing us a lot of issues. With Prisma, we do not have to worry about this happening.

Secure browsing made easy

  • July 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It provides an effortless browsing experience due to its familiar Chromium-based interface, making it feel like any other browser. Deployment was straightforward.

Overall, it works well like a standard browser but adds valuable security features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security features come with some drawbacks. It runs constant security checks, which can make loading large, data-heavy pages feel slower. The added protection also limits flexibility, as certain operations are restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes secure browsing easy by blocking risky or distracting sites, helping to stay focused and safe. Deployment was quick and straightforward, similar to any regular browser in the market. When access to certain malicious sites is necessary for day-to-day task, the browser allows some protections to be disabled without much hassle.

Prisma Access Browser is a Game Changer for Remote Access

  • July 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Standout feature for me, was the agentless approach. User experience was intuitive. Integrates well with identity providers like Okta or Azure AD. Session isolation and data loss prevention features help reduce risk without compromising usability. Prisma Browser also has centralized policy management which makes the policy implementation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial policy tuning can require a bit more work (trial and error), especially when dealing with legacy internal applications. Some of the log visibility and analytics could be made more digestible for non-security teams without exporting to third-party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily used Prisma Access Browser as a SWG. It provides secure, agentless access to internal and SaaS applications for remote employees, contractors and third parties. Other VPN providers were harder to install.
