What do you dislike about the product?
Prisma Access Browser is very secure, but sometimes it slows down work because of the constant security checks. Setting it up can also be difficult, especially if a company already has a different security system. Some restrictions, like blocking copy-paste and file transfers, can feel too strict and make simple tasks harder

It protects against cyber threats like malware and phishing, which makes working from different locations much safer. Prisma Access Browser: Security That Packs a Punch, Speed That Takes a Breather
What do you like best about the product?
As a user, I really dig how Prisma Access Browser keeps me secure without any hassle – it’s like a quiet bodyguard that’s always got my back, and starting it up is a total breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the Prisma Access Browser bugs me sometimes because it feels like it’s trying too hard to keep me safe and ends up slowing things down – like waiting for a webpage to load while it double-checks everything. Plus, that one time it wouldn’t play nice with an app I needed was a real pain, and the cost feels like a stretch for what I get out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access Browser tackles the headache of securing work on any device – managed or not – by locking down threats like phishing and data leaks right in the browser. It kills the need for clunky VPNs, which used to slow me down or drop at the worst times. For me, it’s a lifesaver because I can hop on my personal laptop, access work stuff safely, and not worry about some sneaky malware snagging my data. Plus, it’s fast to set up – no IT wrestling match – and gives me peace of mind with its Zero Trust vibe, only letting me into what I’m allowed. The speed hiccups are there, sure, but the security and ease it brings outweigh that by a mile!
Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Browser
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Prisma Access Browser is its ability to provide secure remote access without compromising user experience. It offers seamless integration with existing security policies and ensures data doesn’t leave the organizations perimeter, which is crucial for maintaining compliance. The browser isolation capabilities are particularly impressive allowing users to safely browse potentially risky content without exposing the network. It’s also cloud-delivered, which reduces the need for complex on-prem setups, and the performance has been consistently reliable even under heavy workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Prisma Access Browser offers strong security and isolation features, the initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially for teams unfamiliar with Palo Alto’s ecosystem. There’s also a slight learning curve for end users adapting to the isolated browser environment, particularly when interacting with certain dynamic or media-rich websites. Additionally, occasional latency can be noticed during peak hours, though it’s generally manageable. Improving documentation and user onboarding resources would definitely enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Prisma Access Browser primarily to enable secure remote browsing for employees accessing corporate resources and external websites. It’s especially useful for protecting against web-based threats, isolating risky content, and enforcing data loss prevention (DLP) policies. We also use it to provide third-party vendors and contractors with controlled access to specific apps without exposing our internal network.
