What do you like best about the product?
Its Zero Trust security model and its browser isolation technology prevents malware and phishing attacks, ensuring a safe browsing experience. The data protection features, such as restricting downloads, clipboard access, and printing, make it a great solution for organizations handling sensitive data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prisma Access Browser's strict security controls can limit flexibility, restricting downloads, clipboard access, and printing. Some users experience slight latency with resource-heavy applications. Additionally, its pricing may be high for smaller businesses, and there’s a learning curve for new users. However, it remains a strong choice for secure, cloud-based remote access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access Browser solves the challenge of secure remote access by eliminating the need for traditional VPNs and implementing Zero Trust security. It prevents malware, phishing, and data leaks by isolating web sessions and restricting unauthorized access to sensitive information.
Amazing Browser
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using Prisma Browser is that it is very convienent and stores all my passwords in a single place and makes my using experience on multiple devices friendly and useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Prisma Broweser offers me minimum support for plugins as most of my chrome plugins do not work here and also the fact that it uses more ram space compared to other browsers

Prisma Access Browser helps our organization maintain a secure, zero-trust environment for accessing internal and cloud resources. By routing all traffic through Prisma’s threat prevention and data protection layers, it tackles problems like unauthorized access, malware infiltration, and data leaks, which are common risks when employees work remotely or from personal devices. It also simplifies compliance and audit requirements by providing a consistent security policy—no matter where users are located. Overall, it benefits the organization by reducing security incidents, streamlining remote access, and ensuring a more uniform user experience across different sites and devices, helping teams stay productive while meeting compliance standards.
Enhancing the Web browser capabilities with AI integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The UI interface is well design as it is built on top on Brave (I have used Brave over a long time and really like it as well). Plus the integration of AI tools and coplits makes it engaing and making searches better and engaging, blocking of untrusted websites provides additional security/
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to do memory management with many tabs open it crashes often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Encryption, AI integration (with improved models and ease of integrating new models easily)
Safe search and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about it is how user friendly it is and can be modified and deployed very easily. The fact that it has zero trust feature enhances the security especially in companies like the one I worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive but honestly it is worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocking unwanted websites for safe search and block any trackers.
I could see myself using this for our business for a very long time.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the amount of protection it offers through advanced security services. I can totally rely on this for our business. It is truly unique because I was not able to find something similar with this level of security. I have been using it frequently and it is really seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any challenges yet while using this browser but initially it was a bit hard for some people to undertsand all its features and make use of them to a full extent. So I would suggest to make the UI more user-frienduly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my problem of finding the one stop destination for a browser with advanced security services which I could not be able to find very easily.

Limited customization options may not fully cater to complex cases

It secures access on all devices without VPNs, reduces costs, automates security, and enhances productivity for hybrid and remote work.
Prisma Access
What do you like best about the product?
From my usage and experience, there really isn’t a negative to moving to a secure browser that has a lot of controls and visibility instead of dealing with Chrome and Edge because you can use Chrome’s extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe there are some features that are being developed or fixed. Sometimes it doesn’t respond. You have to quit / reinstall the system, other than that no major issues are seen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it with the RBI feature. It is very efficient especially for users who work remotely while surfing the internet.
Feature Heavy Browser
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like with my experience with cloud security that this browser has capabilities to provide a secure web gateway allowing unexperience users to help prevent themselves from malicious content and various threats. I can see it being beneficial to stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of steep learning curve at first but easily overcome. Also challenges that come with some browsers is the potential slowness it will provide which could frustrate people easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would solve the need for secure browsing allowing users not to be concerned with potential malware and viruses and the risks associated with it. Ensuring productivity without compromising security.
Good product, better if you are in Palo Alto environment
What do you like best about the product?
It is a producto very easy to install, configure and integrate with another Palo Alto products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be cheaper, but with another Palo Alto you can obtain savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to protect access to web applications. Our core business apps are web apps, and we have many locations to secure.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
From validating users, limiting access based on roles, and eliminating the need for annoying VPNs, Prisma Access Browser makes an ideal solution for modern work environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced any problems so far.
