What do you like best about the product?
Good tools and no service interruptions.

The B2B aspect can be upheld a bit better with reaching out for tools and features.

Easy to use - Simple UI for adding hosts, users and configuring networks.

Got good Customer support for each time when we have issues and during setup.

Better documentation will helpful for troubleshoooting for the small issues.

For any SAAS company, connecting to the servers through single private IP will be important. So thats the reason, we have configured and using cloudconnexa. So we are securely connect to the cloud providers.

Periodic performance problems for clients accessing cloud resources

What do you like best about the product?
I like the control I have over the environment, user access, and connectors. The administration of the platform is simple and configuring it to fit your specific use-case is easy.

There's not much to dislike. The connectors must reside inside of your environment, but they don't get a lot of visibility.

Our company is highly distributed, so secure connectivity around the world into multiple cloud environments is essential. This is why CloudConnexa is ideal because our environment is specialized.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity combined with powerful features at an affordable price. You can start with just a few accounts but still get the full enterprise features and power, that is often missing from entry level offers of the competitors. Setting it all up is just a matter of a few clicks.

A simple troubleshooting guide is missing regarding client issuess.

Easy access to our on-prem and cloud systems for both employees and stakeholders.
Excellent, scalable, customizable prodcut
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Connexa was my product of choice when it came time to review our remote access solution. It offered everything we could have wanted in an easy to understand setup. We use it in our org of 500 remote users and it's great.

Nothing that I've seen, honestly. It's reasonably priced, easy to setup, easy to configure.

Easily configurable remote access. Once it's configured it just works.
Great low-cost and simple VPN
What do you like best about the product?
The web UI is very straightforward and easy to use - configuring networks, hosts, etc.
I'm a fan of the device-specific profiles (forgot what they call it in platform) so each device configuration profile can only be used by one device. I'm also glad that they charge not per user but by concurrent connection. We have a lot of once in a blue moon users, and paying for each of them every month is a dealbreaker.

What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes have issues with users not being able to stay consistently connected. This is problematic when running long running dev/testing jobs that connect to a database and the connection drops. I have no idea how to even go about monitoring/diagnosing it.

We can keep a private VPC in Amazon with only specific services allowed in.

Simple console-based administration. Really easy to get the status of your endpoints.

Classifications of endpoints - can be a little confusing

Setting up a VPN with predictable configurations and costs without having to get your hands dirty.
