What do you like best about the product?
I've been truly impressed by the support team at OpenVPN. I reached out with a few questions via email, and the agents responded promptly with clear, friendly guidance. Their willingness to help made my day and boosted my confidence in using the product. I appreciate the genuine care they show for their users, and I feel supported every step of the way. This level of service makes OpenVPN a standout choice for anyone seeking secure, reliable connectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I appreciate the friendly email support, I find the inability to speak with someone over the phone frustrating. I ended up getting bounced from one agent to another through emails, and it felt like my issue never reached a proper resolution. A direct call option would have streamlined the process and saved time.

Unable to forcefully push the latest updates to the OpenVPN clients.

FAST & EFFICIENT
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up. With some brands is easy to link using the .ovpn file. With others is just a matter of using the .ovpn to create the certificates. I have been working over 3 year as a techinal support in my company and some often I have to ask for help. OpenVpn has provided one of the most fast&eficient support I have recieved.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, been using OpenVPN CloudConnexa for a month already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have remote sites that have is control system that I want to monitor. And OpenVpn has provided a safe way to get the data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Loggin need to be improved. As of now it support direct intgration with few SIEM Tools. If we get live log trial that would be great.

The ease of connection to internet is great and the awesome security it provides is appreciated ! The connection is stable and never drops.

N/A I dislike nothing about the software .

What do you like best about the product?
I use CloudConnexa to support my clients. The process of installing openvpn is simple and secure. Once loaded I can connect to their system whenever they need help. It's pricing is fair especially considering the time it saves and the ease of connecting. Their portal is clear and easy to understand. Customer support is also quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speeds could be a little faster. I dont seem to get more than a couple of MB/s but thats generally enough.

Able to connect securley to a remote system for supporting the client.
OpenVPN: A Solid Choice for Secure and Easy VPN Management
What do you like best about the product?
OpenVPN has shown to be very reliable for our current needs. Their support team's responsiveness and expertise stands out the most. The few times that we have encountered an issue, their support has been quick and accurate. I am very big on not just how an app functions whena ll is well, but how is the support when reaching out to their helpdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any drawbacks from OpenVPN. Their admin console is pretty straightforward foward and I have been able to use their documentation without issue.

We use CloudConnexa to access our internal environments for our database teams.

Sometimes Connector status change mails are a little bit late.
