Intaact is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is a tool that’s easy to access from anywhere and keeps itself up to date automatically. It gives you snapshots of your finances in real time and lets you slice and dice your data by things like project, department, or location. It takes the headache out of manual accounting; automating tasks like billing, reconciliations, and close-outs and handles everything from multi-entity consolidation to different currencies without breaking a sweat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct can feel like more than some teams bargained for—it’s pricier than simpler tools, and you often need help setting it up and learning the ropes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to simplify the juggle of grants and restricted funds, and it honestly makes my life easier. I can tie expenses directly to specific grants, flag what’s reimbursable, and really see how budgets are tracking in real time, which cuts down on end-of-quarter panic and audit prep. It keeps everything in one centralized system, so I’m not jumping through spreadsheets or lost in file folders, and I can run reports across grants even when their timelines don’t match our fiscal year

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct software is convenient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When duplicating and editing a bill the system tends to freeze for a few minutes before you can continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenience.
Sage Intacct is so much easier to use than Dynamics.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Sage Intacct is that all reports can viewed in several different formats. Being able to view reports in Excel and easily being able to add totals and format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our implementation didn't go as smoothly as we would have like, but once it was up and running don't have anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has helped us move away from keeping manual fixed assets report. This has streamlined calculated monthly depreciation and the ease of disposing assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for creating report. Have had good decision making due to reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to process real time terminations due to systems being date driven.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to proceed with termination without waiting for payroll to complete processing.
Works very well but has its quirks like much software at this price point
What do you like best about the product?
I use sage daily as an Accountant for a large nonprofit. It integrates well with our other systems such as ADP. Automation is very good and it's very customizable once implemented, although it takes time. Very easy to use with proper training.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to create multiple journal entries by uploading excel sheet. Would save time if sage exported into excel workbook format. Customer support could be better, recently the Sage server was down for 45 minutes and I could not speak to anyone during that time. There are much better products on the market but more expensive to license as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows us to conveniently and efficiently manage budgets in our three entities and hundreds of contracts from one system.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is how user-friendly and flexible it is. The dashboards and reporting tools make it easy to get real-time financial insights, and the system allows you to customize reports according to the company’s needs. I also find that it integrates well with other platforms, which saves time and reduces manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have negative comments about Sage Intacct. So far, my experience has been positive and I haven’t faced major issues with the system.

Sage Intacct is super user-friendly, which makes it great for day-to-day accounting work. If you're in accounts payable like me, you’ll appreciate how easy it is to find what you need and get things done without jumping through hoops.
I use it pretty much every day, and it handles invoice processing, approvals, and vendor stuff smoothly. It’s reliable, doesn’t crash, and saves a lot of time compared to older systems.

I really have no complaints; the times I've used it it's worked quite well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, Intacct makes my work a lot smoother. Before, I had to deal with a bunch of manual tasks—tracking invoices, chasing approvals, and trying to keep everything organized across different systems. Now, most of that is automated or at least way easier to manage.
It helps me stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed. I can find what I need quickly, process payments faster, and avoid mistakes that used to happen with manual entry. It’s just made the whole accounts payable process more efficient and less stressful.

Is a excelent platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and efficient Sage Intacct is for managing financial data. Its automation features save a tremendous amount of time, and the reporting tools provide clear insights instantly
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Sage Intacct is that navigating certain features—like report customization or transaction searches—can be tricky at first. It takes a bit of practice before the system feels intuitive

Sage Intacct makes it simple to manage a heavy load of financial transactions. The automation and real-time reports cut down on manual work and errors, so my everyday tasks are faster and more reliable
Works as a System
What do you like best about the product?
Module accounting works well. Able to run good reports for financial and recon purposes. They have a nice add on for financial report writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asset and prepaid modules need work still. Difficult to fix errors.

Helping with adding transparency with reporting.

The ease of use, the support team, the implementation process was a breeze. This is an every day use item for me and it is very user friendly.

Some reports pull almost too much information.

It is housing purchasing and accounts payable all in one program.
