What do you like best about the product?

It has a lot of comprehensive features and components to make it a complete financial reporting package.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it can be hard to search for a specific transaction if not all information is available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helped streamline our financial reporting and provide access to those as needed.

What do you like best about the product?

Sage Intacct makes it easy to track everything seamlessly across departments, funding sources, events—you name it!

What do you dislike about the product?

Writing reports can be a bit tricky, especially when you need to create a completely new one on the fly. While there are great support options available, I’d still recommend taking the time to learn the reporting module upfront so the process goes more smoothly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct allows integration between multiple products, which directly relates to cost reduction in the data entry field, as well as improved accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the easy process of uploading and running reports.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike that you can't edit an invoice once it's been converted from a PO. Sometimes there are updates needed and the only way to clear the invoice is to create a credit and apply it to close it out. It's pretty annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping to process our payables and keep track of all open items.

What do you like best about the product?

Multi-Entity Consolidation: For organizations managing multiple branches, locations, or subsidiaries, Intacct automates inter-company transactions, currency conversions, and consolidations, saving hours during the month-end close.

What do you dislike about the product?

Complex Report Writer: While stock reports are great, t building highly complex custom reports can be difficult and time-consuming without training.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dimensional Accounting: Instead of creating hundreds of sub-accounts, Intacct allows you to track data using "dimensions" (e.g., location, project, department, or employee). This makes generating highly customized, flexible reports incredibly easy.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s exceptionally easy to use and learn, and the workflow becomes intuitive almost immediately.

What do you dislike about the product?

The marketing can be a bit overwhelming at times, and it starts to feel more distracting than helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven’t experienced any to date.

What do you like best about the product?

It allows us to cost code transactions, and it integrates with Procore and Stampli.

What do you dislike about the product?

The reports are far too complex and not at all user friendly. Everything about the program is overly complicated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't know that it's really solving any problems. We chose it because it was more robust for our expanded operations than QuickBooks, but we have not had the best experience with Intacct overall

Sage has been a comprehensive system to see both timesheets & job budgets

What do you dislike about the product?

Would like to be able to better create budgets within the Sage system

Quicker access to job budgets & reconciliations

What do you like best about the product?

The amount of integrations available as well as the flexibility of setup.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI assistance for journal entries, I could see where it would be useful, but it seems to be off quite often.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest plus in Sage is the integrations but even for those without the integration available the option to use a template is great and infinitely increase the speed of processing entries.

I have been using Intacct for a few months now and find it easy to use and very accessible.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't had any issues with the software; its simplicity is amazing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the finance department, we’re able to enter checks, draft them, and have someone review them before posting.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how the gl and reports can be exported to excel.

What do you dislike about the product?

I will the bank reconciliations that are in process could be exported to excel

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The grant module is very helpful. It is making my grant tracking more accurate.
