Cloud-Based Visibility That Reaches Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud base and visibility to many audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaborate center - I wish it had a way to mark complete if it is a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and real time data. Users are able to access information themselves.
Streamlined Efficiency, Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct saves us a lot of time, allowing our company to grow while giving employees more flexibility. It's great for facilitating communication between different parts of the company, providing access to data that wasn't visible before. I appreciate how Sage Intacct helps us solve problems and genuinely cares about our success. The initial setup was very easy, straightforward, and came with clear expectations. Additionally, it has multi-dimensional coding, which was a reason for switching from QuickBooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Paycom. We want the journal entry to go straight to Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct saves us time, enabling company growth and employee flexibility. It facilitates communication across departments by sharing data they couldn't see before, helping us clearly tell the story between departments.
Amazing, User-Friendly UI That’s Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use the UI is amazing making it very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some shortcomings with the reports and location groups

It is helping us have accurate books every month
Challenging Implementation with Limited Advantages
What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI capabilities in Sage Intacct useful for solving issues. When we run into roadblocks, we can utilize these capabilities to fix the problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not loving Sage Intacct so far. The implementation has been very difficult and slow, which has slowed down our daily operations. I would have liked to be fully set up by now. The integration for Procore was working well but stopped after a while and is stuck. Reporting has been hard to get correct. Setting up the program has been a roadblock, and the initial setup was very, very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration for Procore was initially effective but got stuck. The AI capabilities in Sage Intacct are useful for fixing setup roadblocks.
The perfect accounting platform for mid to large sized businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive I. It’s layout, a perfect solution for document retention, easy to implement controls with entry and bill approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out of the box reports are not quite as useful, creating custom reports can be tricky if not done on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our bookkeeping and reporting system. It also doubles as a record retention platform, and facilitates in our payables.
User-Friendly with Smooth Integration and Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user-friendly Sage Intacct is and how easy it is to navigate. I also enjoy the benefits of Sage University.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that maybe some of the buttons could be labeled better as to what they do. Sometimes it is difficult to understand what does what. Also, sometimes when uploading spreadsheets, it will throw a code to me and tell me that it can't upload the spreadsheet completely because there is an error, but doesn't always differentiate and clarify what that code means, and I have to go hunt down where that error is. Sometimes it breaks it down that it's on line 20, other times, it does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to track bills and invoices, ensuring none are missed, and to confirm people are paid properly.
Transformative Reporting and Ease of Use with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sage Intacct has been to use, especially the detailed reporting features. I enjoy the ability to drill down into any screen just by clicking, which takes me exactly to where the transactions are, making it really helpful for understanding what's going on. The customer service I receive through our partner alliance is also something I really enjoy.

Switching to Sage Intacct enhanced our reporting features, providing insights we lacked before. It offers detailed KPIs and departmental statements, helping us track expenses and revenue across offices effortlessly, setting us up for success.
Simple, Intuitive, and Easy to Learn—Dimensions That Streamline GLs
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, intuitive, so easy to learn, dimensions work great and greatly reduced the number of GLs
What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports can be difficult especially if they require a lot of groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It require little to no IT team interaction and updates seamlessly requiring little to no work from my team
Clear, Easy-to-Read Dashboards That Make Data Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Clear dashboards, easy to find and interpret data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great for smaller companies, somewhat pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to track the numbers from invoices to general ledger.
Essential for Multi-Entity Financial Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sage Intacct has clear application and integrates with most systems I use outside my financial platform. It has resolved the reporting issues we had previously for multi-entity business transactions, shortening the close time tremendously and allowing us a real-time view into our financials on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use imports in Sage Intacct and initially they would send you an error message when your import had errors, but never described what the error was. My only input on imports would be that they would have a preformatted import that allows unnecessary information to be removed and only necessary information added. Initially, we struggled because we didn’t understand the dimensions and how it would work for us because we were going from one entity to 28 and everything was new to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct resolves reporting issues for multi-entity transactions, shortens close time, and provides real-time financial views. I love its integration with other systems. It now defines import errors, but I wish it had a preformatted import option. I highly recommend it for multi-entity or nonprofit needs.
