Quick, Easy Posting with Live Bank Fees—But Historical Data Needs Work

User-Friendly, Seamless Setup for Accounting Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct is user-friendly. I can find what I'm looking for by going into applications like company or cash management, general ledger, accounts payable, budget, and accounts receivable. All of these features are very user-friendly. Also, the initial setup of Sage Intacct was very simple for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding things in certain areas could be improved, especially under company, and not having access to certain things. Learning more in Sage University.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct for accounting and finance transactions, solving compliance and accounting issues with features like balance sheets, income statements, and journal entries.
Vendor card attachments
What do you like best about the product?
I set up vendors and for my needs it works pretty well. I've only started using it in the last 7 to 10 months on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding a document to a vendor card...."Additional Information", it can be tricky. I only use the add option if there are no files already attached but there have been times that I lose documents that have been there a long time and have to back and HOPE that I can find them and reattach. I always attach what I need, save and then go back into the vendor card. I never trust that function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am setting up all of our vendors on ACH. It is very easy to use.
Easy to Navigate and Learn
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate and learn..for the most part
What do you dislike about the product?
It do AI financial reviews yet. I would like to have a way the reconciled my AR with another plataform.

The General Ledger, finacial statements,
Fast, Responsive Performance for Quick Window Switching
What do you like best about the product?
Fastness and Responsiveness. That facilitates quick window shifts and quick checking information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting features: Nomenclature of objects, and the wizard doesn't help much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice payment control. Contracts registrations.
Fast, Reliable Performance with Flexible User-Defined Books
What do you like best about the product?
User defined books have been the stand out feature for recommending Intacct. I have seen books of accounts with 10+ years of data, despite which the system remians fast and reliable, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report building hase been a pain point for not only me but the team I work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bookeeping for a non-profit organisation is very complicated, and Inatcct helps with the end to end Bookeeping for us, from 1099 forms to audit ready books
Easy to navigate and efficient for daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sage Intacct is how easy it is to navigate between tabs and complete simple tasks. The interface feels intuitive and streamlined, which helps me work more efficiently and stay organized.

One thing I dislike about Sage Intacct is that it can feel a bit heavy and overly robust at times, which makes some processes slower than expected.

Sage Intacct is helping us streamline and organize our accounting processes, especially in areas like invoice management and payment tracking.
Versatile, AI-Powered Accounting with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and utility of the tools in Sage Intacct. I also love the AI features, especially when uploading bills to be paid, as well as the OCR reader. We had a great implementation team, so the setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so much functionality that it can be a little overwhelming at times, but I think as we use it more that will get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct for accounting and financial reporting. I love its flexibility and utility, especially the AI features for bill uploads and the OCR reader.

What do you like best about the product?
For the most part Intacct is easy to use and navigate. I like the customizability of it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When editing a PO, having to purchase order clear something rather than removing it causes an extra step that can be annoying at times

Tracking PO's and daily orders are very convenient
