What do you like best about the product?
The best aspects of Sage Intacct are its powerful real-time reporting, flexible dimensional accounting, and cloud-native usability, all of which significantly streamline financial processes. It is convenient & user friendly to use Sage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about Sage Intaact. It’s great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates AP/AR, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations, which reduces manual work by boosting productivity and cutting down on repetitive tasks.
Convenient All-in-One App for Easy Accounting Reports and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very convenient to use, and all accounting data can be accessed in a single app. We are able to get all the reports and it is easy for managing all the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, to generate a report, we have to enter a lot of data before we can get it.

Easy automation of AR/AP with bill.com and increased productivity.

Access Anywhere with Flexible, User-Defined Books
What do you like best about the product?
It’s online, so I’m able to access it from any place, and I also like that it has separate, user-defined books.
What do you dislike about the product?
Under Filters, I have to enter the exact word to get the details.

Complicated Setup but Useful for Reimbursements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily access my history of previous reimbursements and accounting details. It makes it easy to keep track of what I've already done and the program codes that I've used, so I don't have to remember things off the top of my head.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were options to auto populate based on my history. The initial setup was pretty complicated. It took us a while to learn to use the tool because we were plugging in information, and for those of us that aren't from the accounting team, it was difficult to follow instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps me bill reimbursements to the correct programs and coordinate with our accounting department. It makes tracking easy, so I don't have to remember program codes off the top of my head.
User-Friendly, Feature-Rich, and Packed with Great Themes
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, with great themes and great features. Overall, it’s easy to use and offers a solid set of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report writer is complex, and it takes multiple clicks to run the report I want.

Sage Intacct helps address challenges with manual workflows, inefficient reporting, and handling large volumes of transactions. Its automation, strong audit trails, and real-time financial reporting improve accuracy, save time during the month-end close, and make it easier to track, review, and analyze financial data.
Easy to Use with Powerful Custom Reporting

Ease of use and ability to make custom reports

Not enough flexibility for system level approvals, costly and additional costs for many common add ons

Making financial report easy and quicker
Organized and Efficient Invoicing
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sage Intacct clear and organized, which is great for handling accounts payable. I am able to manage numerous vendors for all 7 of my facilities. It effectively keeps track of invoices and allows me to make payments. I also appreciate the ability to process invoices with General Ledger accounts and being able to add a description. The initial setup was easy, a perfect 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find changing info about bills under profits and losses challenging. Sometimes I am unable to fix the GL accounts or the amount of the invoice under the P&L tab, and I have to reopen a new tab and navigate my way back to the bill I was referring to. Also, there is no guide offered regarding definitions of certain tabs or how I can make my way around the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct to keep track of invoices and make payments. It helps me process invoices with GL accounts so expenses can be depreciated if needed. This prevents all invoices for 7 of my facilities to be organized and easily findable. Also, many duplicates have been caught which helps prevent double payments from going out. I use this website 5 days a week and there seems to be numerous ways to contact support if help is needed.
Easy Multi-Company Access in One Login
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the different companies are in the one login and can all be accessed quickly, it's really easy to view information for each company
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not the biggest fan of the reports so far, they don't seem very user friendly and in my opinion there are too many options for views and some of the essential things are missing, eg, being able to see the entity an invoice is posted to without having to open up the invoice, it would be good to see on the front page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big problem for us was how long it was taking to run reports in sage 50 and how long it took to go between sage for different companies, this has been made a lot easier and has saved us so much time
User-Friendly Documentation with Time-Saving Hot Keys and Project Defaults
What do you like best about the product?
The program is user friendly and easy to use for documentation between departments. I appreciate the hot key functions and the ability to instantly fill in project defaults on multiple line items.
What do you dislike about the product?
To achieve the user-friendly stage you have to go through a very clunky introduction period with minimal tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows for easy communication between departments when it comes to financial tracking.
