What do you like best about the product?
Prompt support and easily accessible team members over email and call. Advanced Integration option available pre-readily to integrate with different third party applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as my communication with the team and handling applications on a daily basis so there is no dislike to date, but sometimes some modules are unavailable to access, likewise utterances etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FAQ part to Provide the loan product-related details, so the user can get their answers promptly without engaging the Tele-calling team.

What do you like best about the product?
Yellow.ai has the best cloud-based chatbot development environment, with unique features like drag-and-drop components and various integrations. I like the code customization module, where you can add your flows and API integrations and customize them according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to integrate Yellow.ai with some customized interface via API, it is difficult as Yellow.ai APIs are not explicit and can be a hassle to integrate. Also, it is difficult to migrate from an existing chatbot to Yellow.ai as they have limited import features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Yellow.ai, I could connect with my customers through various chat channels such as Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, etc. and could respond to them through bot flows and also if required, connect them with customer service agents.

What do you like best about the product?
Yellow.ai has two solutions for its consumers, one on the cloud and the other as the legacy one. The cloud one is easy to set up and implements your chatbot for all communication platforms. It has built-in nodes and a drag-and-drop studio to set up your bot journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yellow.ai only supports Node.js language for writing the custom script; It would have been great if they had support for multi-language scripts. The UI has bugs and sometimes breaks the journey flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to answer FAQs and command problems through bot journeys, and also I can have agents to answer queries where the bot doesn't have a reply. I support my customers through all mediums of social channels, i.e., Facebook messenger, Whatsapp, Web, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Advance analytics to understand user behaviour which in turn helps in driving revenue
2. Out of box integration with multiple platforms
3. Dynamic & robust NLP engine, which helps create accurate faqs with minimal effort.
4. Campaign management solution to send targeted personalised promotional notifications on WhatsApp.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Support team could be better. Sometimes the resolution to queries/issues takes time - The resolution time could be reduced & the support team could be more proactive in communicating the update on tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Helps in reducing the customer care support cost as most of the customer queries can be answered via a bot built on yellow.ai platform
2. The overall business performance has also increased

I like most easy things in yellow.ai i.e., phone and email configuration are straightforward to implement.

Community and documentation are not strong as compared to other platforms.

Primarily I'm working in the Hospitality and Airlines Business, so where I have solved those kinds of problem statements.
