This session has given me a good understanding on how simple is use to use yellow messenger.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to understand and use to create bot.

all good , I do not see any dislike of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a bot has been very easy with yellow messenger. There is no challenge of spending time to learn coding required for chatbot.

Well I didn't find any major downside of using Yellow Messenger Platform but instead would really like to recommend it for all the beginners wanting to kickstart their Bot Building journey.

The Various Business problems which Yellow Messenger helped me solve are-:
1. One of the biggest problem which YM helped me solve is client side user experience. Through their innovative client side solutions you can build beautiful bots.

Learning Bot was awesome and it was very logical in the way that works

I dint experience any cons and infact it was very knowledgeable sessions which gave me more insights on building the bot

The platform has whole lot of features and if you want to build your featured bot, it can be done quite easily.

The ui needs to be made more user friendly so that a bigger could easily understand without watching much of tutorials about the platform.

A non technical team can easily build a bot without requirement of much technical knowledge.

The Yellow Messenger community team is very helpful and supportive in terms of queries. The ByoB event was very well organized, imparting all the required basics of building a chat bot. The speakers spoke on a wide range of topics which was very insightful

Some of the features are not available for the participants. The steps for API integration could have been more elaborately explained.

It is providing a very easy to use platform for people who are interested in building chat bots. The platform in very intuitive and smooth.
