THE FLOW OF THE PROGRAM AND HOW THE ORGANIZER BROUGHT TOGETHER ALL EXPERTISE FROM VARIOUS FIELDS TO PROVIDE A NEW BUT SIMPLE AND INNOVATIVE SKILL TO BUILD A CHAT BOT FOR THEMSELVES.

NOTHING TO SAY. NO DISLIKES. THE PROGRAM WAS OVERALL A LEARNING PROCESS FOR ME ATLEAST

I HAVE TRIED TO BUILD AN EDUCATIONAL BOT THAT WILL REPLY TO BASIC QUERRIES RELATED TO ADMISSION AND WILL HELP THE END USER. THIS CAN HELP REDUCE TYPING TIME THE SAME TEXT MULTIPLE OF TIMES AND WILL ERADICATE MONOTONACITY OF THE JOB.

Chatbot is the excellent feature to the customer journey and the in the pandemic situations like Covid-19, this YellowMessenger gave great boost and solutions to all the business categories to reach the customer expectations. Really awesome .

Learning how to build a bot on a leading conversational AI platform will enable participants to innovate for enterprises, get hands-on experience with the latest technology, and enhance career growth opportunities. This interesting workshop had no prior requirements. Industry mentors have guided us and helped bring our ideas to come to life. It was an great opportunity to skill-up and get high on the coolest tech in town with no strings attached

creative solutions where technicalities are no barrier and creativity is the only thing that matters, never the less the best in terms of easy, flexible and highly adaptive over various platforms is the best feature that in liked in it

The support that is available is currently low when compared to other solutions available

We are planning to solve the problem of easy and faster chat bot for local F&B industries to improve the customer experience, these local stores cannot invest more on man power or employ technical person to design a workflow, So for them the low total cost solution provided by yellow messenger helps them.
Once some one likes this idea of creating the solution with minimal technical expertise then i think this would spread like rapid wild fire among the small scale businesses

I had an issue accessing the bot build by me during 2nd day of the session. Later I wasn't able to find my bot and had dropped a query to YM team on mail which was not answered.

it was useful and can be utilized for customer facing application with self help sort of assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the easy to user interface for building the chat bots, which I relied upon to inculcate friendly conversations for better customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was sort of uncomfortable with the fact that the platform only exposes its developer services for Node.Js language. It would have been quite convenient if Python could be supported as well. Also, I realized that the generic responses would not perform as expected everytime, so it would be great if this issue can be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I participated in the bot challenge hackathon by yellow messenger. The problem that my team wanted to solve was the trouble associated with the fake news, which recently has caused a lot of unrest in India leading to people getting against doctors, policemen and government. The fact that fake news seems to be quite real and the human tendency of thinking it correct and believing in myths/superstitions that usually are leveraged by the fake sources has already proved to be deadly. Hence, we tried to come up with a friendly solution using a chat bot which could assist human beings at places where such news are spread i.e. social media platform and this is quite an advantage because any suspicious news can be checked on authenticity then and there. This could bring in a lot of awareness amongst people and this is exactly what we aim for.
