  • April 02, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use of Kyriba is that it brings clarity and visibility into the organization's cash, which is a vital and fundamental requirement in supporting strategic business objectives and critical financial decisions.

It provides comprehensive, global cash management capabilities in an intuitive and easy to use manner, and it enables the accounting department to create accurate forecasts that deliver confidence throughout the organization.

It is the only solution that provides full reconciliation capabilities, which makes it easy to view prior day and intraday posting and the complete cash visibility with flexible cash positions and position dashboards.

What is most valuable?

Some of the best features Kyriba offers include payment processing and automation, forecasting, creation of accounting entries, reconciliation automation, and bank connectivity.

Kyriba positively impacts our organization by giving us the capability to generate journal entries for all cash and liquidity models and measure the effectiveness of forecasts. Also, through payment processing and automation and reconciliation automation, we have been able to save a lot of time, reduce errors, and save cost as well.

Accuracy has improved from thirty percent to forty-five percent, and we have been able to save a lot of time from fifty-five percent to seventy percent.

What needs improvement?

Kyriba can be improved by enhancing its network of connected systems and applications that have a lot of logs, sessions, and records to maintain.

The support team requires additional training for needed improvements.

Customer service has been a major issue for us as far as response time is concerned.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Kyriba for about five years and a few months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Kyriba is stable. There are not many times where there are system issues; it has always been stable and performing optimally.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Kyriba's scalability is good; it grows with my organization's needs.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support is very responsive and proactive.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used Microsoft Office 2016 before switching to Kyriba.

What was our ROI?

We have seen a return on investment with a three hundred percent decrease in process-oriented tasks, a fifteen times overall increase in productivity, and fifty percent more reports available to distribute.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing, setup cost, and licensing have been very accommodative, cost-effective, and affordable.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Kyriba, I evaluated Microsoft Access as another option.

What other advice do I have?

I advise others looking into using Kyriba that it is an awesome platform for managing multiple banks and bank accounts. It allows us to easily enter and send transactions as well as keep track of all flows. Kyriba provides a solid infrastructure and it is easy to understand the setup of accounts, banks, and companies. I would rate Kyriba a nine out of ten.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Kyriba is that it's one of the best cash management systems, as the treasury business has met its operational needs in the areas of cash management, bank management, payments, liquidity, and many more.

With the help of Kyriba, an approachable piece of software, the number of mistakes and technical problems with bank statement integration was reduced, and our reporting has also greatly improved, taking much less time and effort.

Since it's cloud-based, there is no software to back up on servers, which reduces the cost of maintaining hardware.

Kyriba provides accurate insights, allowing us to make data-driven decisions easily. Our reporting has greatly improved from 55% to 65%, which enables us to save time because it takes much less time and effort. With the increased visibility and accuracy into cash position, both short-term and long, Kyriba allows the treasury team to optimize resources for a greater return on investments.

What needs improvement?

In some scenarios where we need customer support, Kyriba can still improve. Customer support with Kyriba should be improved, as sometimes they are slow to respond. Centralized reporting has transformed visibility and now supports faster, data-driven decisions

  • April 01, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I have been working with Kyriba for quite some time now. In our first phase, we implemented three modules, and I was amazed by the ability to see over 200 bank accounts with a single click. Kyriba has been very helpful in supporting our company with our debt transactions, and we are currently implementing the payment hub, fraud, and bank fees modules.

Bank account connectivity is one of Kyriba's strongest modules. Bank connectivity is excellent, payments are strong, and foreign exchange is also great, with payment processing that includes visibility through its payment cockpit.

How has it helped my organization?

Kyriba has positively impacted my organization by improving the transparency of positions for reporting and decision-making from 30% to 55%. Efficiency due to the standardization of complex processes has improved as well.

What is most valuable?

Communicating update times has been the most valuable feature for my day-to-day work because Kyriba support replies to my questions within 24 hours or less.

Kyriba's best features greatly streamline our reporting process by centralizing data and automating many of the manual steps that were previously required.

The centralized data and reporting have changed things significantly for me. It has helped us cut down on spending time on day-to-day reporting that was manual work, and now we can run scheduled reports that automatically send to internal team members so we can make data-driven decisions easily.

What needs improvement?

Kyriba can be improved because sometimes the support is great, and other times it becomes very slow.

The internal design of Kyriba is rigid and confusing, which needs improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Kyriba for approximately eight years.

What other advice do I have?

Kyriba is a great tool which has greatly improved our process, and I would recommend it to any of my colleagues, as the ability to create jobs for reports helps save a lot of time and cost. I gave this product a rating of 8.
