What do you like best about the product?
The product is super well-built and managed by extremely proactive and helpful folks!

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing as such that I specifically dislike because the pros far outweigh the cons. Would've loved to have support for a few more data sources like OpenSearch as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had our entire internal ops data spread around google sheets/airtable and shifting it across databases was a major pain point. That was our first use case for Polytomic but over time we've used it to regularly sync data across services and other tools without ever using any tech bandwidth whatsoever.
Solid and reliable by very responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
At my startup, we've been happy Polytomic customers for at least 2 years.
-It's always functioned well, don't remember ever having data sync issues
-Saves us a bunch of time, otherwise we'd have to be piping the data around ourselves

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, since it gets the job done well. Maybe more powerful integrations could be nice, although they are seemingly quite open to adding new stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They get our Sales team data from a ton of different sources (Postgres, Chargebee, Amplitude, etc) , which helps make them more efficient because they have much better understanding of the user before they reach out.
Straightforward and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Polytomic syncs to (and from) Airtable, which is wildly valuable in exposing data in our DB in a format that is easy to consume.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it let you sync to MongoDB, but it's on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Polytomic helps us get data from Mongo into different services, specifically Airtable.
Simple connector between database, Salesforce and other tools
What do you like best about the product?
Syncs are quite easy to set up, whether it's between Salesforce and our database or pushing information from Google Sheets to another platform. The UI is very intuitive and the learning curve is low.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncs fail semi-frequently and often times we end up diagnosing these from missing data, instead of a robust notification system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to sync data primarily between our DB (Google Bigquery) and Salesforce and it mostly accomplishes this with ease.
They do the job well
What do you like best about the product?
We've been struggling over the last two years to get our SQL database to communicate with our CRM. We found Polytomic and for a fairly reasonable fee, they got our problems solved!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be frustrating that we need to build separate connections if we want certain properties to populate differently.

We've been trying to get our SQL database to speak with our CRM. Polytomic makes it happen.
Clean, Easy, and Customer-Centric
What do you like best about the product?
The team! They are flexible, available, and empowering - I leave each conversation feeling supported but also more knowledgeable about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't experienced any downsides. The tool has a great interface, it's easy to learn, easy to use, and serves all of my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily utilize Polytomic to enhance data in Salesforce by syncing data from BigQuery.
Super helpful for mapping data that otherwise wouldn't be easily mapped
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily populate our data into our CRM that otherwise would be a (manual) pain to upload. This has made my job a lot easier and made reporting more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a better sync between Amplitude and Polytomic. But not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to ensure that I have helpful (and correct and up-to-date) actionable data in our CRM.
