A experience truly positive thanks to Castai's cost-reduction tool and their efficient team
What do you like best about the product?
Castai is an incredible tool that has greatly helped us in reducing our cloud costs. When you use Castai, you also gain access to a wonderful team that is exceptionally efficient and provides valuable advice beyond just cost analysis. Moreover, the company's delivery service is the fastest I have ever seen, and their support team is highly responsive and consistently efficient.
Last but not least, the entire team is filled with talented individuals, and it is an absolute pleasure to work with them on a personal level..!

What do you dislike about the product?
The aspect I find most challenging is perhaps the tool's high level of configurability, which can sometimes make it a bit difficult to fully harness its potential. However, I am thankful that their team is exceptionally adept at guiding users and assisting them in making progress, thus helping to overcome any hurdles and fully utilize its capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Cast AI has now turned into a fully robust automation and cost management solution that helps not only with Kubernetes optimization, but also things like AI and GPU management, Application Performance Automation, DB optimizations and many more!

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was super easy. The supporting engineers provided clear guidance and worked with our DevOps to fit our needs. Eventually, the setup provides us with substantial cost savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
CAST AI worked well with only certain types of clusters. For others we did not see any substantial cost savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes us certain we use our cloud at optimal level.
Stop worrying about Kubernetes node pools if you moved to Cast.ai.
What do you like best about the product?
Cast Customer support to adapt to a large system like us was really great and they were eager to listen and do changes depending upon the suggestions/requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. We have seen a lot of improvements in the products from where they started because we were one of their early adopters on a large scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use rebalancing extensively. That way our infrastructure stays optimized.
In terms of the Infrastructure or DevOps team, the Kubernetes management effort such as manual rightsizing, creation of node pools, and upgrade efforts are drastically reduced, so the DevOps team can focus on building products to improve developer productivity.
The mixed provision of spot v/s ondemand is an amazing feature.

I don't have much to say, no problem so far.

The essential problem solved is cost monitoring. We now have a clear view of our k8s clusters

What can I say? CastAI will help you save tons of $ for your k8s cluster. And best of all, they only make money when you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some hiccups for very large clusters, but the support team is extremely helpful in such situations.

What do you like best about the product?
CAST AI allowed us to automate processes that balanced our cost and performance as well as freed up time for engineers, we got rid of manual maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at all. The support process is just perfect, and it was the thing that sold us CAST AI.

Easy Kubernetes cluster autoscaling
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start using and one of the best Kubernetes autoscalers in the market. CAST AI allowed us to utilize resources just perfectly what resulted in dramatically reduced AWS cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without onboarding support it’s not clear either you should go through creating or connecting cluster options. Other than that is fine.
