What do you like best about the product?
It can monitor the helath of data pipelines and the quality of the data in them. Also, It can alert users instantly and provide a no-code interfaces to help them fix data issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not negativity about Bigeye, since its is very useful

Great data observability platform with lots of flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Bigeye is simple to set up, and flexible enough to monitor any metric on any table, even if the definition is complex. It saves us lots of time debugging data issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data Observability is still a new field, so I'm sure there are lots of things to come that will make managing a system like this simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bigeye helps us identify and diagnose data problems quickly, whether they are from upstream data changes or real metric changes caused by external events.

What do you like best about the product?
It helped with the quality of the data and the problems that arise without it. One outage and it will start the root of trust with all applications. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very simple platform that fails when we look at advanced controls and features.It sometimes crashes and has a lot of bugs here and there. Needs a lot of performance improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to track and monitor entire datasets and helped to get on overview in one place. The best part is the integrations they provide like, Hubspot, MySQL, Snowflake, etc.

Clean data is the most useful aspect while creating dashboards, this is where bigeye comes in the picture and plays the vital role.

It is easy to use, have not found any dislike as of now.

One of the best data observability platforms that I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The BigEye platform allows our data analytics team to detect the latency, freshness, sudden shifts in row counts, and distributional changes on our production tables. BigEye also provides the lineage for impacted tables when alerts are triggered. This is vital to keeping our data pipeline and dashboards accurate and precise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit buggy at times. You can get kicked out of the page you are on and sent back to the home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BigEye monitors our tables and views, allowing us to support our other departments KPI's. So, if the data is old or inaccurate, we will be notified immediately and can perform a root cause analysis to assess the damages caused. After we resolve the issue, we can perform a post-mortem analysis to mitigate the impact if this happens again.

It is such a huge challenge to organize data and to be able to generate reports. Big eye does a great job in doing that.

Nothing much. Not more to dislike as interface is user friendly.

It has been a short time of use with this platform but so far it has been helpful, the statistics of the data have been improved since Bigeye was obtained

Its short time of use has been good, I dislike it is not being able to access prices more quickly and easily, having to contact an advisor that takes away my waiting time

The workflow has been reduced thanks to Bigeye with its easier to understand statistics to carry out our work based on that, the whole team can access this data easily
