Great enhancement to our visibility tools!
What do you like best about the product?
The Loggregation feature (auto-generated "templates" of your logs) saves hours of browsing through your data by aggregating your xxxxK of logs into a single (or few) templates.
Combine that with blazing fast human support and multiple other features (Alerts, flow anomalies, Log2Metrics, and more).
That's a 10 out of 10 for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Small things mostly,
1. Limited flexibility around retention (minimum is set to 1 day).
2. Single key per account for reading/writing logs (we cannot create a key per user/usecase)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Now I better understand which teams use the logging infrastructure and how.
2. MTTR and MTTD are on their way down thanks for quicker browsing over the logs.
3. Longer retention (for compliance purposes mostly), as data can be saved directly to S3 and quickly be indexed when we need.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a SaaS for log analysis and data extraction and we examined several solutions.
Once we approached Coralogix, they showed a very quick, positive, and can-do approach that met our needs.
Shuki and the team were very agile, responsive and showed a working POC right on our first meeting, without talking about money, annual commitments, and other business-related stuff.
They were keen to provide the solution and to get us up and running fast while keeping everything on a highly professional level.
Coralogix's solution provided us with great insights and important data and helped us gain more information about our usage, system behavior, anomalies, errors, success rates, and also helped us build custom monitors that fits our needs.
I would highly recommend Coralogix to every company that needs a solution for logs analysis and storage.

Really nothing, they were great and knew how to reflect issues and solve them even before they've impacted us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex logs analysis from several systems and easy-to-use dashboards to have a birds-eye-view on our entire system.

The integration was straightforward.
The logs are more readable and usable with Coralogix. Also, the features they have are beneficial to manage and track issues.
And they have great support!

I don't have enough experience with Coralogix to say, so far, everything looks good.
One thing was not friendly when I tried to parse a nested JSON. I couldn't use it with the Logs2Metrics feature, so I had to do it messily - but it's because the format my logs are printed isn't standard.

Having an easy way to read logs clearly and make more benefites from them.
Migrated to Coralogix, pushed all rnd to use a lot of features

The rule engine and full support of Coralogix CS. it makes our system with no errors.

comparing to the older solution we had -
1. Cost, and features to reduce cost
2. Power, keep the logs clean, and easy to use
3. Support ! The rnd is independent and Coralogix CS are doing great job reducing overhead from devops team

What do you like best about the product?
one of the best logging platforms, with very good support from the team. Proactiveness from the team, whenever we are closer to the limit is the highlight.

I could not find any negative till now. So far so good

As a logging platform, coralogix is one of the best. Their features like TCO, direct s3 query are worth commendable.

The anomaly detection alert by email a few hours after the issue occurred.

PCI requirement provided by Coralogix, no need to maintain our logs.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing support, very helpful and they never let go of a problem until it's solved. The product itself is easy to use and yields good insights plus it has great performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some bugs that should be worked out and the permission system is not as fine-grained as I would like it to be.

Finding production issues, solving bugs in production, finding new bugs in QA.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the way real issues become evident in the sea of information that we push to this system: irregular errors, problems across all environments in one platform. This platform helped a lot with the entire R&D's productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do love the product. If I had to point anything out is that the massive new features/UI updates are sometimes overwhelming, and you have to find where it's located now.

We are pushing to the system our entire QA and Production logging from all applications, and it helps locate production/development issues, service degradation. We also use it for auditing purposes.

work good and hard of your application logs and try to have a solid schema as much as possible, and also use tags, don't forget to add version and environment tag to every log
