A fantastic experience of service quality and support

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the fact this is a stable solution with a very friendly interface, Corarolgix has a very responsive support team which till now managed to assist with every issue I faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't notice any downsides so far. Very friendly and responsive company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logs storage with a configurable retention.
Logs analysis and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and clear to use, nevigation for debugging is easy and very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboard of features are very basic. Also I would like to see ai more involved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we need to investigate some problem in Airflow, we look in the logs and find the issues

What do you like best about the product?
A great product for logs and observability, with great features and helpful support
What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics collection might become a bit challenging, before mastering some concepts..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging and retention at a reasonable price, with the ability to archive logs in cloud storage, query it at ease while perfomring analytics and monitoring on the data on the way.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuative, great price, amazing support
What do you dislike about the product?
helm charts are not so good, many time missing important features like taints, nodeSelectors, affinity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a great solution for storing all kinds of logs, metrics and traces which are not bound to the amount of nodes/pods/containers which are running and just the amount you are sending.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Coralogix for several years now, and it has completely transformed our approach to monitoring and troubleshooting. The intuitive interface makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to navigate, and the dashboards are highly customizable, allowing us to visualize our data in a way that makes sense for our specific needs. We receive timely notifications that help us proactively address issues before they escalate, saving us valuable time and resources.

The ability to correlate metrics, logs, and traces in one place has made our troubleshooting processes significantly more efficient.

The customer support team has also been fantastic. They've been responsive and knowledgeable, helping us to optimize our setup and answer any questions we’ve had along the way. Overall, I highly recommend Coralogix to any team looking to enhance their observability practices. It’s a powerful tool that has truly delivered on its promise, making our systems more reliable and our team more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall we are happy with the product. It would be good id Coralogix can support GCD buckets as a backend storage. Currently only S3 is supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix is an one stop solution for observability. With rum, apm and log correlation, it drastically reduced our MTTR and MTTD

What do you like best about the product?
- Intuitive, customizable logging UI with rich query capabilities
- Queries for logs are fast
- Service catalog provides a good high level snapshot of service performance
- Tracing visuals are very intuitive
- Investigations are really helpful when collating logs and incidents
What do you dislike about the product?
- Querying and view traces can be quite slow
- The logging and tracing UIs can be feel quite disjoint

- Allows engineers to easily share and customise views, improving efficiency
- Availability and linkage of logs and traces makes debugging more efficient
- Performance metrics based on traces help engineers target areas for improvement
- Makes it easy to create and share investigations related to customer issues

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part of coraligix is the investigations feature, which lets me keep all of the comments and relevant logs for investigating an issue in one place that is easy to share and manage. It is also really cool how quickly you can get a reply from their support team using the chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to do backwards navigation within coralogix, sometimes I need to find the correct button in the ui to navigate back one step, other times the browser back button goes back too far. I wish there was a single consistent way to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to make use of my logs to build visualisations that I may not be able to build in other systems or otherwise I would have to write application code to collect and push out these metrics. The investigations tool will help me with debugging cross product issues by allowing me to link relevant logs to the same investigation, add comments and share the investigation with others.

What do you like best about the product?
The abundance of logging and search abilities are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I currently dislike about Coralogix.

Reduces the time to figure out causes of outages. Increase uptime for all apps.

Fantastic SIEM and SRC!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Coralogix as a SIEM platform for our company. The application is very easy to use and was simple to integrate with all of our data sources, but also has a lot of depth and the ability to create very complex queries. The addition of CSPM, APM, and RUM to the platform at no additional cost beyond the data is great as well, and has the potential for long term savings by consolidating tools. I use the platform on a daily basis to research security events, and prefer it to all of the other SIEMs I have used throughout my security career.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Coralogix is that the DataPrime language has a pretty steep learning curve. They did just add an AI assistant that helps you write queries with it though, so I am excited to try it out the next time I need to research something! The customer service team is also very responsive when it comes to questions about queries or anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix is helping us by providing a platform for log correlation and security monitoring. Our incident detection time has been reduced dramatically, it no longer requires engineering resources to create new alerts, and our research and resolution times have decreased from days to hours (or even minutes!). The CSPM feature is also helping us to ensure our cloud environment remains SOC 2 compliant.

Coralogix- My Way For Observability

What do you like best about the product?
I love two things:
1. Thier support - Always happy to help with availability for any questions or requests
2. Observability- During my job experience with different log aggregation system I find Coralogix the most user friendly unique and interesting. I can create everything from my logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I dont have anything on mind when its come to negative thare are some ups and downs when coming to in hous dashboard system but its a gap I find easy to get over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me alot in my work as a support team leader. Any troubleshooting is going from Coralogix platform and help us understand the story in a better and unique way
