Operations Hub brings the needed automation and insights to my CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build more automations in workflows and build custom objects allows me to make the CRM work best for Viewrail.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be limiting and hold me back on how not all objects act the same ie core objects vs custom objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alllws me to build a RevOps engine that powers the customer experience across my customer journey.

The lack of clarity around Enterprise features

What do you like best about the product?
Getting access to HubSpot's custom coded actions really streamlines workflow creation and I don't need to think through crazy/creative solution for achieving simple actions. Favorite solution built so far is automating parent-child relationships based on 3rd party enrichment data.
Also love the potential of datasets on custom reporting it has been instrumental in reporting on our marketing analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most features are available Pro+. Glad datasets are now available in enterprise.
Date quality insight is good but it hard to perform bulk actions and merge duplicates. If merging in bulk can be made easier with data quality it would eliminate the need for more deduplication apps. Its great only for getting an estimate on the data quality problem right now, not to action on it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating parent-child association through custom coded actions

Data sync features, can trigger webhooks for custom integrations

What do you like best about the product?
OpsHub is what allows for cystom integrations and automatuons that normally wouldnt be possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chatspot is very limited outside of prompts.
For example, help with custom code work is nearly non existent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving datasets to OpsPro allows many customers the availability to utilize that tool

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot the best is that they're always building something better. They have seen a lot of improvements over the past few years. It just keeps on getting be.
What do you dislike about the product?
to do the really cool stuff it cost money
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
use a number of workflows to keep our data clean and up-to-date. We'll see use Web hooks to integrate with other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Custom coded actions for user controlled round robins allow for more flexibility. Datasets allows self servicing of reports within a guided group of approved data points
What do you dislike about the product?
Without a dev on team we aren't able to fully utilize the coding options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users being able to control features without having admin permissions. Controls reporting options.

Being able to see all of my client data in one area.

I haven't had any major issues as of now.

Hubspot Operations allows me to view revenue in comparison to marketing efforts in one spot.

Great tool to organize and clean up data.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Operations Hub is a great tool to use to clean up and manage the data in Hubspot. We implemented HubSpot 5 years ago and have had Operations Hub Pro ever since. It would be hard to manage the data without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside can be the slow release of betas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of duplicate and bad data for us. It solves this by implementing the use of AI to find and point out potential problems.
