Operations hub has opened another door in allowing us to create custom code within our workflows

That you need enterprise to get all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ops Hub is an excellent tool for HubSpot admins to keep their CRM data hygiene in a good shape.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more data governance features baked into the hub, but given the oace of development, I'm sure these will come soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data governance is made much easier with the Ops Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
Operations Hub takes automations and data extraction tot he next level. This product has completely revolutionized the way we manage our automations. From intuitive data formatting workflows to custom coded soltuions, this has maximized the way we use HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom coding feature could use an upgrade. Especially with batch delay requests. The 10-second rolling limit is a bit of a pain in the neck when working with large scale workflows that require 1000s of records to be manipulated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead rotation and de-duplication. Custom workflows have allowed me to maximize these efforts.

I love Operation Hub because it allows me to break down barriers and create mini applications within my system that adapt to my operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not possible enroll million of records at the same time and it's difficult do it

Nothing noteworthy from an end user perspective. I can accomplish most of my projects with existing hub.
