Great hub in progress
What do you like best about the product?
The custom coded workflows and data quality featured

Needs more features to manage duplicates and AiII tools to help us figure out trends

Making it more intelligent to create custom coded workflows for someone who doesn't know how to code
Super-charged data operations!
What do you like best about the product?
With operations hub we were able to bring 5 different data sets together and use the ops tools to clean, dedupe, and transform that data to make it super useful for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an extra hub, this was an extra cost to our existing HubSpot services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together multiple data sets into one cohesive database.

I like that I can see real time data that my peers have entered. Allows us all to be on the same page

sometimes hard to navigate - might be a personal problem!

allows our team to be on the same page about where we are at so we are sending less emails, saving time.

Super helpful automation features
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for us is being able to use custom coded workflow actions. We are able to accomplish a lot of really cool things using that in our automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The datasets are not as helpful as I would like them to be. Making an aggregate calculation is incredibly difficult to do in any meaningful way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to custom code workflow actions to do things like validate email addresses, connect to external systems, automate merges, etc.
Ease of use and real time tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Real time tracking of the all the activities

It doesn't show how much time a prospect has spent time on reviewing the document which shared to them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing us real-time updates regarding were are we currently standfing when it comes to our revenue generation and operations and also streamlining everything through a unified platform
Hubspot makes easy work of organizing everything!
What do you like best about the product?
The organization that Hubspot allows is wonderful. They make it very hard to drop a client or to forget a meeting. The ability to connect with my calendar, email, and other platforms makes Hubspot essential piece of Business Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was a little difficult to put in to every day use. But it did not take long to figure out this platform and put it to good everday use.

Scheduling and organization. This saves me loads of time everyday and allows me to easily see my teams' progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Its tailored adaptation to various types of queries and channels, coupled with workflows featuring script calls to customized tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its added value, it's challenging for users/companies to perceive its benefits at first glance, leading many clients to reject the solution initially. We've noticed that it's primarily SaaS companies and those with a strong online sales presence that tend to adopt it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
primarily by providing tailored integrations that streamline our processes. One particularly beneficial aspect has been our utilization of custom integrations with webhook calls. This feature has allowed us to seamlessly connect HubSpot with other tools and systems, facilitating efficient data exchange and automation. As a result, we've experienced improved workflow efficiency, reduced manual effort, and enhanced data accuracy, ultimately benefiting our overall operations.
