What do you like best about the product?
As an ed tech education, Synthesis relies in HubSpot for many tasks in the daily operation of the company. We enjoy HubSpot user-friendly features and accurate metrics when it comes to feedback of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found a downside when using HubSpot for our operations hub. We have found all features to be what we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication stream with our customers is very efficient and our Marketing metrics are accurate, which we struggled in the past to obtain reliable metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily sync contacts, companies, leads, and more with Salesforce, Mailchimp, and more. The customized automation with special workflows is also great.

The hardest part was hiring great folks who have experience and expertise with HubSpot.

The only slight criticism is that for new users the HubSpot hub may seem daunting, however there are plenty of learning resources ot bring you up to speed with ease.

Being part of the broader HubSpot ecosystem, Operations Hub gives us a unified platform where we can access and manage data related to marketing, sales, and customer service in one place. A unified platform like this has contributed to a better collaboration and communication across different departments.

We mainly use it for cleaning our CRM database, which is very important as our CRM grows. Our CRM is approaching 100,000 contacts with a big focus on prospective leads, so it's important for our ongoing sales operations that we're able to clean up contacts and only surface marketing-qualified leads to our sales team. This would fall under their Data Quality Automation feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably only that it adds substantial cost to the Hubspot subscription, at $720/month. It's worth it if you are a larger operation dealing with larger data pools. And, this is just the way SAAS is going, pulling out different features into paid tiers.

We use the Hubspot Operations Hub to keep our CRM clean and support sales operations.
