- Limitations in the workflows, It'll be amazing if we can enroll people from an specific point within the workflow. Doesn't make sense to enroll people from the beginning of the WF

Manage communication gaps with our leads and customers through tools of email marketing. Also we have different business problems and reports and analytics allows us to get significant insights in our processes
Good, Flexible CRM & Support System
What do you like best about the product?
flexible system, great source of truth across many communication channels, can easily build automations and processes. Support is easy to reach and usually helpful

Sometimes automations and workflows are hard to build without advanced help. Associations can be difficult to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot can bring many different external tools and communication channels together into one source of truth.
Operations Hub is crucial to our success
What do you like best about the product?
Operations hub allows us to completely customize how we structure our unique process. The workflows and property fields have enabled our team to include a ton of info and operate efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't speak to much. They make everything very easy to understand in the product and have a ton of guides on how to operate and also additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to report out on specific metrics that only pretain to our business so they are not generic. The operations hub allows us to create specific properties and integrate them within the reporting tool so I can display and track goals.

It really seems like everything was built from the ground-up to integrate easily and simply as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly jumps out, support can be very fast to respond but resolving any issues can take awhile.

Visibility across revenue performance and enabling me to initiate improvement programs within the wider sales team.

At the beginning, you need to invest some time to get to know the tool.

I use it for BI Analytics and it's super easy to use and customise.

What do you like best about the product?
It satisfies the need for organisation, communication and follow up, especially in a technical environment. Keeping track of items has never been easier. Also, there is minimum downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing. It is quite expensive for a CRM platform.

It definitely helps in terms of Business Flow, Sales tracking and Support mechanisms. Productivity barely slows down using this platform. It has assisted us with finding trends and correcting them as needs be.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if leads that came would be stored as a lead and also a contact as it does in Salesforce. It helps to easily identify if a deal is closed or not very easily

What do you like best about the product?
Data sync is incredible! It merges apps and keeps updated information going 2 was internal to external.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the workflows are a little difficult to create.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CRM is awesome compared to other platforms that I have tried before, The platform design is simple and easy to navigate. And they have the HubSpot Academy, where you can learn how everything is done with ease. New members can learn themselves while the company focuses on moving other projects forward. Plus, you have access to all analytics in one place, and everyone can see how the company is doing thus this helps in quick decision-making and reduces the time for unnecessary meetings. Be it the sales, service, web SEO, marketing, or employees, you can see and understand how everything is going in your company. You can easily determine what is/isn't working and what needs improvements to move your business forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let me refer to the whole HubSpot CRM, I do not like the way phone numbers and payment solutions are only available in the US. This limits users from other countries, especially in Africa. I wish that in the next HubSpot improvements, they can think about expanding all features to all countries without any geographical limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps you connect to your customers with ease, saves time, helps in decision-making, and gives you access to your analytics data in one place (no need to switch browser tabs). And because HubSpot is easy to use/learn/understand, it helps you focus on your business growth without wasting much of your time.
