Hubspot Operations Hub review
What do you like best about the product?
Top things I like are the Custom field mappings and bidrectional sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has stood out at this current time, maybe the limited ability to administer over mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating and syncing data from multiple platforms

It's a very complete solution, compatible with several integrations and very flexible in settings and automations

There isn't a good solution to receive external requests. The forms are ugly and bunky.

Automating processes and centralizing data

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to accomplish most everything that I need to do operationally. We also use Salesforce and the sync is pretty solid. The visuials are great with what you are working on making it easy to see details of what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get lost in what is happening sometimes. I would love some sort of automated mapping of all workflows and other operations tools. This would help see what is acutally happening as opposed to what is supposed to be happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ROI on marketing efforts what primarily what we use it for. There are some limitiations on property usage so we do export to tablue to get more infomation pulled in the way we need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ops Hub is the fact that any HubSpot customer, regardless of technical capability, is able to leverage the features that this Hub provides to increase their portal's connectivity with external data sources. Ops Hub Starter allows customers with low technical capability and resources/bandwidth to sync custom objects from other systems to HubSpot, as well as map custom fields from other systems at a low cost.
For customers with higher technical capability, Ops Hub allows their customers to format data easily and custom code automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the way Ops Hub is positioned - for lack of a better term - scares off a lot of customers that are less technical. It is sometimes difficult to get customers to understand that they can add tremendous value to their business through Ops Hub, even if they do not possess technical capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ops Hub is solving a lot issues that customers were having with connecting external systems and data sources with HubSpot. It is also providing further automation capability which has been a great new feature for customers using third party apps to connect their systems.
Operations Hub Leads to Clean Data
What do you like best about the product?
A few of the things I find most useful about Operations Hub are the easy-to-use data cleaning automation and the ability to make API calls within a HubSpot workflow. This allows us and many of our clients to have clean data and the ability to move data within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product could have more features, but the good news is that HubSpot is constantly updating the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations Hub is solving the problem of dirty and unorganized data. This allows us and our clients to send out marketing emails to customers by using the correct names with the correct capitalizations. Operations Hub also allows us to get the reports we want.
The only automation tool I need
What do you like best about the product?
Using HubSpot's excellent integration tools, Operations Hub allows us to trigger our marketing campaigns based on activities in not only HubSpot but 3rd party apps too. It's indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, simply as it requires that we continuously justify our ongoing investment. It's well worth it for us, but it's still a big investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation based on integrated systems. It doesn't matter which department is updating data, we can listen to them all and trigger actions based on virtually anything we like.
Operations Hub is amazing while growing as we grow
What do you like best about the product?
The Operations hub is constantly adding new features & automation combined with updating the appearance visually to make it easy to do my job. I appreciate the dedication HubSpot has to their users feedback to make this powerful tool - more powerful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I don't have any feedback in what I don't like about the Operations Hub. I am excited to see the newest products and features HubSpot is rolling out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations Hub is a one stop shop - making it visually acceptable for me to see what issues and errors are out there, and how to easily clean up giving more impactful reporting to my sales team.
Amazing Hub for developers
What do you like best about the product?
Ops Hub helps us to quickly work with code, APIs and webhooks without leaving HubSpot, directly into the workflow tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it just keep getting better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, all the Ops needed an external data warehouse in order to happen. With Ops Hub, it's just quicker and easy.

It is the best tool for maintaining all records on cloud and we can access it from anywhere where we can.

sometime it is not working properly when we are using multiple things on online.

It helps us to create data as we can according to our needs and we can use it the way as we can.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Ops Hub helps us work smarter not harder. We can literally automate any manual tasks that are a time suck and focus on business goals and customers. Ops Hub works with all the other properties in your system.. even certain custom objects and if you can code it... you can automate it in Ops Hub
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything specific that I don't like. I wish there were more HubSpot Academy resources on it so I could train my team with that first and then train with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team and we needed efficiency and we needed it quickly! It also solved a program that we pulled back layers and realized it took 10 manual steps for a closed won deal to become closed won, payment receive/email for that, etc and we created a solution in Ops Hub that helped all of that.
