A very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplify my work a lot ! I have more time to do other things
What do you dislike about the product?
The design could be improved but it doesn't really bother me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me synchronize my clients between different platforms.
Love the webpage feature
What do you like best about the product?
I have made a web page for onboarding new starters in HubSpot so all of the relevant information is in one place. I really love this feature and think it has a great end-user experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get used to and figure out the software, though it is great once you know your way around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless onboarding of new starters.

What do you like best about the product?
I most enjoy the ability to create custom properties. It allows us to manage our users in ways that other software does not allow. The inbox functionality has also been imperative to business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot app isn't the best. It's clunky and it's hard to send emails, especially if you want to use templates and snippets. They could use with a revamped app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ability to organize our clients in ways that other software doesn't allow. With views/filtering/etc., it makes it easy to categorize the users as needed.

Suspension after 8 percent bounce occurs

What do you like best about the product?
Follow up the email and add the contact to our hubsopt system. Also, the call for demo in the marketing system may be used well. The pricing for startup is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
pro is expensive, and learning and training are super difficult. We are hard to find people or talent who know how to use it. High entry barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time on follow up emails, and auto told me this person does not open the email. I can easy to keep following up or not.

The ease of use and so customisable, just a very easy and intuitive platform

Ideally I would like to have a feature about adding a primary contact, that would be good

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality, flexibility, the integration capabilities, the operations, marketing, and sales aspects that all tie communication and collaboration together for solid processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only weak area that I have seen is in regard to customization around things like stages and types which have limited capability based on out of the box titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot operations has brought our company from 5 other platforms down to 2 platforms for managing the business. We are finalizing some automation to bring everything into HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
System flexibility. You can customize the features to your needs. I know there are some tools that we use very differently from their intended purposes

I don't have a downside. I'm using up my min

COntact management, customer engagement, deal tracking. We work in several different countries and this allows us to be on the same page
Makes managing my sales pipeline easy and transparent!

I like the tasks feature most! I also like the fact that I can type in a url and it imports all company info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dashboard for activities and follow ups was a bit more in depth and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's no more guesswork on when to follow up with someone or whether or not my colleagues have already targeted a certain company.

Give it some time to familiarize yourself!

Being able to send marketing newsletters to my followers on a consistent basis and schedule them in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complicated like having to set up newsletter clones and list clones for resends/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my brand fresh in the minds of my audience. Hubspot provides insights into what we're doing.

Hubspot has some CRM features that other newsletter platforms do not have.
