The Ultimate in 2-Way Syncing

What do you like best about the product?
Piesync does a fantastic job at keeping data between various platforms synced seamlessly. The platform is easy to setup and to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When added to a team by another user, you're not able to access or work on their syncs. Kind of takes away the point of a team function. Also, the login process of a code sent via email every time is pretty annoying, should just use a typical email/username and password login. Lastly, the support can take quite a while sometimes. While I have had same-day responses, I've also waited as much as 4-5 days for a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly keeping data synced between our CRM and auto-dial platforms. The biggest benefit has been freeing up manpower as we used to have to keep a lot of the data between these two platforms synced manually, taking up a lot of time for a couple of our employees.

Great tool for outbound

What do you like best about the product?
It is more flexible than any other tool, I can connect any custom field I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating based on lists would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sync all my client's data using this tool, way easier to use than other tools and it saves the trouble of creating a custom tool based on the API, the liberty I have to update any field is great.

It's a shame that the system is not yet fully translated into French.

Saves so Much Time

What do you like best about the product?
It was invaluable in moving my contacts from our old platform into the new Keller Williams Command Platform
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I was not loading correctly and ended up with my database tripled. The solution was easy and straighten out quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps from having to reenter info on contacts across my Command and Google databases

For my Real Estate application this program works seamlessly and makes my life easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like the product as it made it super easy to transfer my database which can take up hours and days of one's life. It automatically mapped the fields in the database that I was trying to move contacts to with the one that I had been using, something that I haven't seen before. And not only does it just transfer, it actually remains in place and constabtly updates the sync between the two. That means you're not wasting time putting a contact into two different databases separately. Just need to do it once and you're set.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. It works pretty well and has been keeping up all my contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not having TIME to do the mundane practice of moving contacts from one database to another. I've been able to focus on generating leads for my real estate business, so I can make more money.

What do you like best about the product?
PieSync intergrates with Command Software from Keller Williams to send out texts to my contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing to use because I'm still trying to figure out

What do you like best about the product?
Easily and seamlessly syncs whichever account you choose! Great program... no previous experience with the program necessary!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this program at all! I only wish I was able to keep better track of my own usernames and passwords. If I were to dislike anything, I guess it would be that this programs is not free forever, it gave me a free trial, which was great! I understand though that this company has to make money as well and I must say it is definitely worth the price!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had no problems. The greatest benefit is that I don't have to worry about whether or not my clients info is all the places I want.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further for a great product to quickly and easily sync your databases. You can sync just 1 or 2... or many, many more! The possibilities are endless for the use of such a remarkable and revolutionary product!

What do you like best about the product?
I go about my day and add any contacts into my phone. And it automatically syncs with my crm. When i get to my desk i see who i need to follow up with or send thank you cards to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, it makes life easier

It helps me be mindful of my business connections. Keeps me accountable to hoe many ppl spoke with

What do you like best about the product?
Using PieSync helps us keep our accounts all together and updating from a single pane of glass experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t found any gaps yet. Works perfectly for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PieSync to keep our company’s contacts synced between our CRM and other services such as Gmail, Calendar, MailChimp and more.
