Great for 1-way sync
What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly - it works! It is also the only way we found on the market to get data from ZohoCRM to Outreach.io - data which originated in Unbounce landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its two-way sync can get expensive quickly, so you have to be careful with using it where you really need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've automated our marketing in a way that was not possible without it. We were on the verge of having to switch off of Outreach.io until we found PieSync.

Nothing really, except for the price which is a bit high since we have a lot of contacts to sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using PieSync to sync leads and contacts between Zoho CRM and AirCall. The set up was surprisingly easy and until now the sync has worked without any problems. Thumbs up for this great solution!
Does what it says, works great.
What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job of keeping contacts synchronized between our different systems such as Facebook Lead Forms, Mojo Dialer, and our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email support is only available via email, but is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it helps us get new lead information into our CRM and our dialer automatically.

PieSync and Dynamics 365
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Dynamics 365 and I wanted a 2-way sync between Outlook and D365. PieSync works perfectly - easy setup and it just plain works. I did not have any issues but along the way I did have some general questions about the service and features. The company responded within minutes (that's minutes, not hours not days)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downside using PieSync - everything has worked perfectly.

This company has extremely fast response time to any questions and issues. They go out of their way to make your experience great.
Perfect to two-way sync of cloud database

Piesync is great for synchronizing two cloud services. You can also customize the parameters based on which to synchronize the database and perform simple automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a bit expensive for large databases. Having lots of contacts does not always mean having a lot of money.

Thanks to PieSync I have my contacts always updated in two database.
PieSync for syncing data across different tools
What do you like best about the product?
PieSync has some tools integrated, like Contact Syncing, Segmentation (rules-based syncing) and the Visual Editor, where you can set up or modify whatever you want without needing coding skills or the help of a developer. Also, if you ever find an issue, the PieSync customer support is always available and all their team has a great knowledge about the products. We have contacted them several times and the responses are always immediate, concise and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although PieSync is great tool, it lacks of any type of details when it’s syncing, so if we find an issue during the syncing process it is hard to determine what specifically was the problem. Most of the times, these issues are caused by the user, but it’s hard to diagnose it exactly because PieSync’s lack of information. Also, we had a problem when we first installed the software. The first sync we made had some duplicates. We contacted the support staff and they solved it. After that, we have never encountered duplicated issues.

PieSync is a software used in the HR department. It is mainly used for syncing data across different tools. Any typical automation tool is only designed to send data in one-way, but with PieSync it is possible to make other tools sync. It helps all the HR department to stay organized all the time, by ensuring all the important data is up to date on every tool we manage within the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using PieSync if you manage several tools and you require two-way sync. On the other hand, if you’re searching for an automation software, it is not recommendable. You may want to test another solution for those cases, like Zapier.
