Gives us flexibility to sync data between apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, it's straightforward and unfussy and the support team are really helpful and very knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could combine some of the commands in one strand on our particular connection (involving Infusionsoft and SendinBlue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means we can now use a different ESP with our CRM and we don't have to worry about whether the data is being synched back and forth between the two.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If in doubt try the free trial and you'll quickly know if it's right for you. The support team is excellent so make sure you schedule a call with one of them.
PieSync is 100% matching my need
What do you like best about the product?
It is transparent - it syncs my two applications smoothly, no manual intervention at all
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing I dislike from what I have seen

I am using a CRM and a mailing service and PieSync saves me a lot of time and effort. when a change is produced
Intuitive easy setup!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed how PieSync made a seemingly confusing setup really intuitive and easy. It only took me a matter of minutes to really get things figured out and start syncing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had any reasons to dislike PieSync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just switched to a new CRM and PieSync is the only automation tool out there that would "speak to" both our new CRM and our email marketing platform. The transition was easy, the setup was intuitive and so far it's been syncing contacts amazingly day in & day out freeing up our team to do more important stuff!
Better than zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support especially when you are not familiar with workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. Would be better at 20 per month. 29 is steep

Crm. I use it for nimble and I have better deal flow and higher closing rate
The Solution I have been searching for
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that this, essentially, eliminates double data entry. I can finally put someone in my phone with the appropiate tags and within a few minutes they are in my CRM, in the appropriate category or tags and getting the correct emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the 1000 contact limit and the limited software but I am sure PieSync is working on solutions I will work with int he future

Double Data entry. My CRM matches my phones contact list.
Great sync program
What do you like best about the product?
It was a wast of time to sync all our mail plataforms. With piesync is fast and easy. Very good tool.

The free trial could last more time or have a free trial version that not expires.

With Piesync we coul sync all mails from different plataforms very easy.
Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
I needed an extra field pulled from Intercom app and they integrated this feature just for me! Wow! Really stunning level of service.

The login system takes some time to get used to.

Syncing contacts between email service and data analytics service.
It works as Advertised
What do you like best about the product?
It works. Syncing data is very important to our business and using PieSync is pretty straightforward. No real insights to share other than it syncs like it's supposed to and email support is par for the course. If you need this solution, give PieSync a shot.

There's nothing I have to complain about. The software syncs.

I needed to make sure all databases with Sync'd and had the same data for our CRM.
Best syncing app ever
What do you like best about the product?
PyeSync is by far the best app I've used to integrate all my other apps and to keep all my information synchronized. It is the best one I know which does two-ways smooth syncing. I love the fact that it automatically maps all fields to be synced between apps, what I had to do manually and subject to misconfiguration in previous tools I used. They offer a quick and friendly support, always available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to different date format used by different apps, it is not always possible to sync dates, i.e. birthdays, etc, regardless of the syncing tool I tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PyeSync is what makes possible for me to use different cloud apps, otherwise they would not communicate with one another. It saves me so much time in not having to enter the same information several times in several platforms. It make my business more connected and competitive.
Great way to keep data in-sync
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way PieSync allows me to keep all of my data synced between platforms. I found this is much better experience then using Zapier because of the 2-way application.
What do you dislike about the product?
While PieSync is awesome, there are some missing apps, at least for the ones that I use. Fortunately, though, you can vote to have apps added and my preferred app will be added soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to eliminate redundancy, eliminate the need to manually keep my apps up-to-date with the same data. This was very time-consuming.
