PieSync works like a dream

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all my data syncs to my other apps and I have to don't after I set it up for the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing bothers me, if something comes up I will let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Syncing. Once a cold email get responded to, that contact goes into my crm and on my list.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can minimize how much time I was spending entering duplicate information on multiple platforms. I now have more time for income-producing activity!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - But if I have to pick it would that I have to "pay" for the service. The amount of time that I save is incredible - I don't really even feel like I'm paying for the service! I could NEVER hire an employee to do everything PieSync does for as little as I give them. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my crm contacts and keeping my mailing lists updated all by only entering contacts into google is AMAZING!

Huge Time Saver for Administrative Staff

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall concept of Piesync, the ability to move data between applications in an automated fashion is awesome! I also like the fact that syncronization occurs in relatively realtime and the scripts work with the entire database, not one time transactions like zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that all of my applications are not supported to date, hopefully, Piesync will be able to create connections via API or webhooks in the future for apps that do not have direct support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a cloud-based business, we have client data in multiple applications and trying to normalize each database is tedious. Piesync handles the tasks of synching contacts in the background with little effort, which decreases time for admin staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Organize your data before beginning with Piesync so that you don't move garbage from one account to another. Also verify that all of your applications work with Piesync, if not consider how you will integrate applications that are outside of the software - then decide if you should wait or move ahead with integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that this works with so many applications is the major factor. Information that is tied up in one system becomes usable in others because of piesync. Also It provides intelligent sync - which means we can setup rules and conditions for the sync to happen , that is very flexible
What do you dislike about the product?
It only used email for sync/duplication avoidence, many time we have different contact using the same email ( husband and wife) - we need those synced also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reuse information available in other systems.
Keep contacts and email list updated all accross.

What do you like best about the product?
Set it and forget it. PieSync just works. I don't have to think about it

Only that it doesn't work with some of the more obscure things I'd like to keep in sync

I have multiple platforms that I need to keep contact information in. PieSync has eliminated the need for manually entering information in at least 3 of them. I enter it in my CRM and it syncs to my Google contacts & MailChimp,

What do you like best about the product?
It is the only application on the market to export Outlook Categories
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike here. It is intuitive out of the box and self-explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole business was based on Outlook Categories. This allow export of those categories for manipulation of the data or automation of marketing that is not available in Outlook.

What do you like best about the product?
Set and forget - a few minutes to set up your rules and then it's done.
Support is amazing - emailed asking for a new filter option and they created immediately for us.
Once we had it set up I've not had to do anything - it's just kept doing what we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using email as the data match can make it a little harder if a contact changes to a new company and then receives a new email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PieSync to keep Front, Xero and gmail contacts synced.
This ensures our staff always have the correct contact details regardless of what system they are using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to set up and data changes are pushed through quickly. Support is amazing and will work with you to get rules for syncing up and running smoothly.
Zapier can do something similar (and was what we used previously) but PieSync is simpler and

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Set it and forget it. Like the title says, sometimes I forget that I have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more integrations, but I understand some of the platforms I use haven't made that easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super-simple to use free services to enhance paid services without an upgrade. I lost access to a CRM (long story) but I didn't lose any of the main info, because I had it PieSynced to another CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Get in on the ground floor before they raise their prices. :-)

Great for connecting your various sources of the truth

What do you like best about the product?
Having up to date details on my phone and computer, directly from our company CRM, is invaluable. When I am out of the office I can call our customers without having to use multiple systems to look up details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The charging model makes it hard to justify putting the whole company on this. I'd prefer to see the ability to have 'company contacts' that perhaps come under a different charging model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We connect all of our various Cloud tools together so that we can form a full view of the customer no matter which tool our various people use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you deactivate users, you have to delete them to remove their contact count from contributing to your total. It's a little hidden

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a fastrack solution to get my Outlook contacts into my CRM. Piesync got me going in 5 minutes! I am a Data professional, with a critic eye on data integration solutions. Piesync team offer what they claim on their company website. Great team, thanks for the demo and great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution limits to syncing contact records. So I would say that Piesync should be used just for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing my contacts between my main contact management tool and my CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you consider Piesync, you can combien it with Zapier. Piesync goal is to sync contacts across apps. Great price/quality balance.
