What do you like best about the product?
At first you simply sync contacts across app's, but later on you discover that you can build a lot of 'smarts' in your syncs. Like the changing of a status for a customer when there is a new order, so that person now gets new and specific mailings that you automated in your mailing tool. Smart syncing for your CRM, mailing app, project manager, etc. Very handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
It only syncs contacts, not companies. It's on their roadmap, so it will be solved, but; No company syncing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-One truth for all data on contacts.
-Smart syncing (industry from the one, status from the other app, etc., to culminate in a 360 view).
-Set it once, and never having to look back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple apps, or are considering getting a new app and need contact migration in a smart way, and are copying contact data, get PieSync. Set it up once, and you're good to go.
Read their tutorials about smart syncing for Hubspot to get some pro tips and apply it to your own organisation. Good luck ;)!

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time historical syncing with no code, two way syncing,
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited integrations, though they roll out a new integration every week. There are more that I’m needing. No contact syncing based on physical address or phone number. Only email address. No syncing with browser push notification tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating contacts and keeping them updated in real time.

PieSync Solves for My Relationships

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PieSync is the quality of support in combination with the robust syncing and custom rules engine platforms. All of that together means I can set up solutions using PieSync that enable me to develop my working relationships rather than getting caught up in various system integrations. My team has never needed to interact with PieSync because the solution hasn't stopped working.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like the speed and quality of service, I sometimes find the formatting of the messages difficult to read or process in my inbox. It seems like sometimes no formatting is applied in a way that readability is sometimes diminished. I don't know whether this is an issue with my computer or the ticketing system used by PieSync.
Not receiving alerts when a connection stopped working was a surprise to me. However, I believe this has since been addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of PieSync, my team continues to use their preferred mobile devices to manage contact information while the new and updated information automatically syncs with our CRM and email marketing system. Vice versa, new and updated information flows both directions ensuring all end-user applications are up-to-date.
I have connections with FullContact, Mailchimp, and Hubspot CRM.

Read PieSync's support notes before making an integration.

Great Service

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to set up. We use it connect our Salesforce instance with Constant Contact and it took no work at all to get it all running.
Customer service was also extremely quick and helpful. I had a problem logging in to my account one time and they resolved it within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing wasn't super clear while logged in, logging out and looking at the site it was obvious but could be clearer as you are setting up your service mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands off syncing of our contacts in Salesforce to our marketing email provider Constant Contact. Would be hard to keep synced manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If they have the connection points you need it is a no-brainer, super simple to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can set it and forget it. It does all the difficult work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for a few more integration or features to ensure syncing such as Wave apps accounting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our information collectively the same on other software platforms. Helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of set up. Price breaks based on contact quantity. Support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of my custom fields would talk two ways. This may be an API problem on my platforms so not sure if PieSync can do anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dual sync between our two CRM's. This keeps our data cleaner and more efficient. My data stays up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers contact us by various means, within minutes their details are in our CRM, our accounting software and the contacts list in my phone via Google Contacts. Someone makes a change, updates a contact file or adds a tag or label in either system....SYNCED
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to upgrade from the basic plan in order to synchronise tags and labels....but to be fair, I now sync 109 labels!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless contact management across various cloud based products

What do you like best about the product?
The synchronization is what we needed and it just work seamlessly between Outreach and Hubspot and it was not hard to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they synced account records too, but this is coming soon. And syncing contacts worked fine for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to push all Sales Qualified leads into Outreach so we can work them with sequences in Outreach. But outreach doesn't sync with Hubspot. PieSync is allowing me to connect the two systems so the entire process of lead handling is automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple, affordable and gets the job done. I run a small sales team and had to jump in and set this up myself, and was able to do so. I do have some technical stuff in my background, so it's not a mystery to me how to think about syncing systems, but still, PieSync makes it so easy to do the field mappings and set up the rules, it's perfect for a smart, tech savvy business user who isn't a developer/coder for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
We use PieSync to keep our Salesforce and Google contacts talking to each other, Integration with outlook and all our iOS devices also works flawlessly! I would highly recommend giving PieSync a try!
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few minor bugs getting started, but the customer service was able to solve them in less than one day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact integration between Salesforce and GSuite; also, integration between GSuite, Outlook and our iOS devices.

Setup the free trial - you'll be glad you did!
