Easy to use, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
We use PieSync to manage contacts in RingCentral and Salesforce. When a bug in RingCentral sent things off course, the support team at PieSync worked patiently with us to get it all set up properly. They've been quick to respond and very pro-active.
Setup was very intuitive. They have a lot of safeguards built in to help you make sure data is moving where and when you want it to.

What do you dislike about the product?
As we add contacts, it's starting to get pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PieSync to connect our CRM to our phone and text system.
Seamless Shopify Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Need a connector for your shop? Try it - it is one of the best! Many integrations including email marketing and Quickbooks. Fantastic customer support, one of the best out there. We decided to use a different email provider but will absolutely come back at the moment we need a way to sync our Shopify store with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it works perfectly from inception and is super fast too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email subscription sign up integration for automated replies and marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please check the integrations list - it is quite impressive. Also for the new Shopify connector, it was super easy to implement. It was truly set it and forget it. It does the job extremely well!
PieSync does the job synching between Mailchimp and Pipedrive

Just a good sync solution, works perfect. Good thing is shows you what fields it syncs.

Takes some time to get to know and to implement correctly

Time in syncing between two applications, checking data and loss of information

What do you like best about the product?
Its a No-Code way to sync files. It has a simple interface for setting up a Sync between your different products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't offer every platform right now, I would like them to have more SharePoint integration, but none of these Sync platform support SharePoint, so I don't fault them for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to Sync my contacts from our Front application into our Exchange Online environment. Works perfectly.

Nothing. Its all terrific. Only that I wish this wonderful Company would create an Accounting System!

Initially to get contacts from Copper CRM to Google Contacts and the iPhone

PieSync - No Regrets
What do you like best about the product?
We love how simple and reliable PieSync is to use. Also, the real-time nature of the syncing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike with PieSync. If I really had yo try hard to find something to type, I'd say no real-time live chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are integrating Active Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics on a project I am consulting on. It would be a nightmare to manage this integration without PieSync. We tried other methods/solutions and experienced frustrations and challenges.
Great tool for syncing hubspot data with other services
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is incredible, very happy to help and chat with us. Simple to use UI and a great dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much on there end but certain fields can't be synced with it (i.e. can't sync company name in Outreach.io). Would be nice if the conditionals could be more advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing all of our inbound user leads between hubspot and outreach.io. Previously we had someone spend an hour a day doing the syncing but now it is all done automatically.

Effective and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
When you need just for synchronize your contact list on your cloud apps, I highly recommend to use PieSync for it. You can do for peer to peer connection or only one peer connection, thats is up to you and its very easy to use.

I hope Piesync can integrate with more cloud apps in future.

Create a "Single Source of Customer Truth
What do you like best about the product?
Piesync saves me time because of its 2-way sync when I am sending out e-updates from MailChimp. This means I don't have to manually update subscribers, unsubscribes and bounces from my Nimble CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage I haven't found anything I don't like. I'm only using for Nimble CRM to MailChimp

Piesync means I do not send emails to people who unsubscribe and I can also identify those I need to communicate with outside e-updates.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Piesync is easy to set-up and map fields with which to sync. You can also map custom fields which is a real bonus. If you have a CRM and accounting app and an app like MailChimp you can now create a "Single Source of Truth about Customers". All your key data can be syncronised.
