Pie-Sync is the way to go (if you happen to be using software that they work with)
What do you like best about the product?
- Excellent customer support (they will do an intro call with you, and offer you additional assistance in setting up your integrations)
- Simple, straightforward UI
- No down time (none of our integrations have broken/gone offline)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Unlike Zapier, PieSync has a relatively small number of apps they sync with. Would love to use it for more functions, but we don't use the other software they support.
- The integration we mainly use (syncing Hubspot to Prosperworks) is a bit limited. For example, you can only sync CONTACT data and not OPPORTUNITIES or LEADS. We've had to find ways to work around this, which we didn't expect going in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using PieSync to connect Hubspot & Prosperworks, our sales CRM. In order to build a true sales funnel, we needed the Hubspot CRM to update when contacts change in Prosperworks. We are still tweaking the integration, but it's working. Without PieSync, we would have not been able to work with Hubspot or track marketing attribution without switching CRMs.

Chat with them to make sure the integrations you plan on using pull the info you need.

Customer service is very attentive and responsive when i need to reach out.

Maybe I need to look into this more but perhaps more email reporting.

Our new leads/prospects are being connected through PS.... and this is crucial!

Fine Service with few problems
What do you like best about the product?
Set up easily for a sync between ProsperWorks and my g-suite contacts. Responsive customer service regarding question about what was happening and the set-up process, though not 100% accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sync is not completely two-way, though I believe that is a g-suite limitation not PieSync, but I did not get a really solid answer from tech support. The service is a little expensive for my use-case and I would like a lower level, also the dashboard is not entirely intuitive, nor does it seem to function entirely properly, and is often missing information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally seamless syncing between g-suite and ProsperWorks, and I don't really worry that my changes are being captured in both places no matter where I make them.

Data synchronization between all of our communication platforms. Allows our sales-marketing efforts to better align.

I absolutely love the automation and the prompt updates between the two programs I'm synching.

I haven't found anything I don't like yet! PieSync is currently meeting our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a service like PieSync to avoid manually updating my contacts between my Google contacts and Insightly. It's easier for me to work off my desktop so now I can update contacts in Insightly and know they'll be current on my phone.
Does exactly what it says on the tin!
What do you like best about the product?
Does exactly what it says on the tin! Easy to configure and understand if you are familiar with Data push, pull and flow without needing to be an SQL expert. Nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the licenses are assigned. It has 2 limits one for number of record and one for number of links. Almost always the no of records is going to be used up way before the number of links between apps. Should be more balanced and weighted according to actual usage stats and not an arbitary measure of plans that someone has put in place so don't end up with one link and 20,000 records costing 53 usd and having 14 unused links for example. Also, if you use operational research to determine plans it saves more money for customers and helps make more money in the long term for piesync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating MailChimp with Insighlty. (we used to do the process manually) To hire A DBA for a day write some SQL would have been more expensive and cumbersome than to get a year's subscription to PieSync. Also it saves a lot of work hours.

Cheaper than hiring someone to do data sync for you. Saves a lot of work hours as opposed to doing it manually.

I like having accounts from my systems created in real time in hubspot.

I would like to have more items syncable, like companies from Intercom to Hubspot, as well as conversations

it makes using CRM systems in general viable. Small teams don't have time to spend on moving data from one system to another
Easy to use and good support
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to set-up the two-way syncs between platforms and the customer support is very fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it's still fairly new, full integrations aren't built out yet on certain platforms like Base CRM.

We're now able to create a two-way integration between our CRM system and our marketing automation platform, integrating two systems that previously weren't able to talk to each other.

Great solution for contact synchronisation
What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly works in the background ensuring contact synchronisation between 2 databases which do not directly integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. Just wish I had discovered it sooner.

Linking our CRM to our phone system using Office 365 as the "middle man"

It syncs with the top cloud apps and allows me to manage my time better while my data syncs reliably in the background

workflow terminology is slightly confusing

Integration of multiple cloud apps to sync things flawlessly and reliably. Really helps me manage my time.

Use the service. It works as advertised, and after getting used to the terminology it is user intuitive.
