The processes we are able to automate has been a game changer.

Needing to utilize outside data sources has been a limitation. However the new Data Studio looks to be making huge strides.

What do you like best about the product?
Before Ops Hub i had to do some ridiculously long workflows to do seemingly simple things. With custom coded actions it’s a breeze. I reduced a 70+ step workflow to 1 with a CCA.

data tools were scattered and difficult to find.

The flexibility Operations Hub provides for us and our clients allows anything and everything to be built inside of HubSpot. One of our favorite Hubs to use to run a data driven business.

It used to be a steep price for the features up until the recent updates. Now it’s just great value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to call APIs outside of HubSpot to work with external data, all without building an actual app.
