Instant Cloud Monitoring: PingSafe Set Up in Seconds!
What do you like best about the product?
like how quickly I was able to deploy PingSafe - it only took me 5 minutes! Within just a few minutes, my cloud environment was scanned, and results started to populate in the dashboard, making the entire process a breeze. PingSafe's ability to pinpoint vulnerabilities accurately and provide clear, actionable insights without any unnecessary clutter or distractions is another great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a great experience with PingSafe so far, and we have not encountered any issues. Overall, we are very satisfied with PingSafe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PingSafe provides us with a comprehensive analysis of our cloud environment and swiftly assesses any potential misconfigurations and vulnerabilities. It provides us with effective auto-remediation and fixes to strengthen the security of our cloud infrastructure including Container & Kubernetes, Virtual Machines, Hosts and all third party dependencies. In short, PingSafe offers us a complete security solution that covers all bases.
Best platform for Container & Kubernetes Security
What do you like best about the product?
One aspect of PingSafe that I like best is the new Kubernetes cluster graphs feature. The feature offers a user-friendly and intuitive visualization of our Kubernetes environment, showcasing the interrelationships between namespaces, containers, and hosts, along with any potential security issues or vulnerabilities that may exist within them. The graphs provide in-depth information about each container image, including its identity privileges and the hosts on which it runs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes to mention. We had hoped for a threat center in PingSafe to stay informed of security threats, and we are satisfied with the latest release featuring actionable insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PingSafe is constantly helping us detect vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across our containers and Kubernetes clusters. Its "shift left" security approach helps us detect and remedy container security issues and secrets in IaC files before they enter production. PingSafe's advanced technology enables effective container security and provides peace of mind for our security team

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe is an incredible platform for risk-prioritizing alerts. I find PingSafe's risk-prioritization alerts to be top-notch and almost work like pure magic. PingSafe streamlines identifying and addressing potential security risks, allowing me to focus on the most critical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
PingSafe provides highly actionable information and categorizes alerts based on their level of security, which is incredibly helpful. Nothing to dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges in cloud security is contextualizing risks meaningfully. However, with PingSafe, this challenge becomes much more manageable for us. PingSafe provides a context based on the specific configuration of our cloud environment, which helps us reduce the burden on our security team to interpret and translate vulnerability data into actionable risks.

What do you like best about the product?
What's best about PingSafe is its ability to pinpoint even the smallest vulnerabilities with razor-sharp precision. One of the features I found particularly useful was the visual hacker graph, which allowed me to easily identify each threat's exploitability in my cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes to mention about PingSafe. While there was a bit of a learning curve initially, the platform is intuitive and user-friendly once you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PingSafe's agentless approach analyzes the complex relationships between our cloud assets and external events, going to the deepest levels of our cloud infrastructure. PingSafe attacker intelligence and visual hacker graph, we understand how an attacker performs an attack. This has saved us time and resources to strengthen our cloud posture effectively.

PingSafe strikes a perfect balance between offering a bird's eye view of our entire cloud infrastructure and empowering our engineers with the necessary tools to address issues on the ground.

I find that the more we delve into the product, the easier it becomes to understand. Apart from this, I have not encountered any other aspect of the tool I dislike.

Prioritizing risk relies heavily on context, which is often challenging for security tools. PingSafe, however, provides us with a contextual view of potential cloud risks, enabling us to understand them better and prioritize them based on our knowledge of what is essential.

This made it simple to prioritize my remediation efforts and ensure my cloud environment was as secure as possible. I appreciate how PingSafe made it easy to get a comprehensive overview of my cloud security posture.
