CSPM, CWPP & CNAPP in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe’s agentless cloud onboarding has changed the cloud security game. cspm, cwpp and cnapp safeguards our entire infrastructure in all our multi-cloud environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
We got PingSafe for cloud misconfigurations & secret scanning but in no time they’ve started securing our containers & all-cloud resources. Nothing to dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see the value of PingSafe first hand as we have been able to identify and remediate issues quickly across our cloud platforms. We were also able to identify vulnerabilities that we were not aware of before.

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe’s CSPM is designed to help you meet regulatory compliance standards and gain visibility into your cloud infrastructure. It provides you with the ability to continuously monitor your cloud infrastructure, quickly identifying issues and alerting you to potential misconfigurations. With the ability to detect issues in near real-time, PingSafe allows you to trigger automatic remediation flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
No. Quite honestly can't think of a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better manage your cloud infrastructure. Run automated vulnerability audits and configuration checks to ensure that your cloud security posture stays up-to-date.

PingSafe makes it easy to get your whole team on board quickly and efficiently. Also, PingSafe can automatically detect and protect any new cloud accounts that are added, so you can always be confident in your cloud security.

PingSafe is a cloud security solution that is easy to deploy and use. It protects your cloud accounts and gives you security visibility into your team's activity.
Effective and Efficient CSPM
What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe’s agentless approach is super straightforward - you'll see results immediately after activating your account. Plus, you won't have to worry about any extra costs or vulnerability exposure that can come with an agent-based solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike because PingSafe replaces all our security needs in terms of protecting my cloud environment, mainly the real-time detection, sensitive data context and workload protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PingSafe’s context-aware alerts, which are triggered based on the specific context of the resource or environment. This way, we’re able to get actionable insights on how to address the misconfigurations best. This approach ensures that you can fix the issue in the most efficient way, providing maximum protection for your organization.
PingSafe is a pure value addition to our cloud infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
Since using PingSafe’s CSPM solution, we have significantly enhanced our cloud security posture. Its advanced secret scanning and compliance monitoring have allowed us to continuously identify and prevent potential threats leading to data breaches, vulnerability exploits, and misconfigurations from becoming critical issues.
We also did POCs with Prisma & trend micro but finally chose PingSafe for cloud security. We strongly recommend it.

No downside. The product has quickly started to add value to our security team

PingSafe offers a centralized platform that can integrate with our multi-cloud environment and provide a single view of our security posture. PingSafe saves manual hours and reduces complexity, enabling our security teams to focus on more critical tasks.
Excellent performance and support
What do you like best about the product?
Among other values, the most impressive feature offered by Pingsafe is detecting hardcoded credentials, which was not present in the solutions we used previously.
Pingsafe's support team was available to help us whenever the internal team needed some expertise in AWS security. Mr. Vignesh, who was assigned by Pingsafe and was a big help throughout the client calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
PingSafe has proved to be better than the previous solutions we have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously mentioned, we required a tool that could identify and assess data exposure based one severity. Pingsafe was on point in these terms and was really helpful because it allowed us to see the regions that still needed to be attended.

Integration is made easy with Pingsafe, which I did not find in other solutions I have tried.

PingSafe is the best security tool our team has used.

PingSafe solved the issue we previously faced with integration for us. We could integrate BitBucket repositories effortlessly and securely.

Security & remaining compliant are two different use-cases usually for businesses but PingSafe combines them and ensures our compliance needs.

PingSafe provides us with compliance scores over time, helping us identify trends and patterns in our compliance performance. This enables us to make decisions to improve our security posture in real-time.

PingSafe platform identifies and reports security loopholes to your existing integration channels, such as Slack, PagerDuty, and PM tools on automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a very powerful tool, some views be hard for less technical users due to security overall being complex. But their security team makes the entire issue easier for us to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The PingSafe platform's interface is very powerful and intuitive. The latest version of its platform features many new features for CNAPP and CWPP. In addition, it provides us with excellent visibility and contextual alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is significantly less to dislike. Any issues we encounter are resolved quickly and efficiently thanks to their product and support team.
