Most recommended tool for cloud security
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using PingSafe, our security team has become more vigilant and has a clear visibility on our cloud infrastructure. Before, we were curious about whether we followed the best practices or we missed on configurations. But now all of that is sorted with PingSafe.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zero issues so far. PingSafe is a great platform that is constantly being improved by the team. They are always open to user feedback and respond quickly to changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the powerful platform, PingSafe also has solutions that address various compliance requirements, such as IDS, File Integrity Monitoring, and internal vulnerability scanning. It can be integrated with other platforms, such as Slack, Jira, and our repository, via the company's API security dashboard.
Best platform for CSPM & CWPP
What do you like best about the product?
The security team has become more independent and has better visibility on our cloud infrastructure since we started using PingSafe. In addition, with PingSafe’s product capabilities, it is easier to identify misconfigurations & ensure rock-solid cloud security 24x7.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about using PingSafe. On the contrary, the newly added features are impressive & they listen to our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PingSafe monitoring our cloud platforms, the security team gets to work more effectively and efficiently. PingSafe has also reduced the number of use-case based tools that we earlier had - saving us costs & engineering hours.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features of PingSafe. The product has allowed us more visibility into our organization's cloud security posture. PingSafe also goes above and beyond to secure the public cloud infrastructure from any internal or external threats giving us a holistic security view of our entire cloud infrastructure.

There is nothing much to dislike about PingSafe. In addition, it has helped our organization's cloud infrastructure. Highly recommended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love PingSafe because it helps us uncover threats & use it to create and manage security tickets for our DevOps/Security teams. Third-party integrations allow us to keep track of all of our issues and ensure they are resolved on time.

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe platform scans your entire cloud infrastructure 24x7 & identifies threats and sends alerts to your PM tools, such as JIRA, Slack, PagerDuty, and email. Its real-time alerts are almost instant and you’ll never push vulnerable code to product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I face no issues with PingSafe. It is easy to understand and operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The PingSafe platform can detect and analyze vulnerabilities in the cloud and is up-to-date with the latest security updates. It was straightforward to integrate it with our existing PM platform. PingSafe also provides auto-remediation of these issues in your workflows. Pingsafe helps reduce the workload on security teams to look for vulnerabilities manually. A must addition if you’re on cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
With PingSafe, we get visibility into our cloud environments. It allows us to monitor all of our environment's components in one console, show linkages, and identify security threats.

We like everything that PingSafe has to offer. It has been easy to use and has made it easier for us to monitor our cloud infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of CSPM, vulnerability management, and container security, PingSafe helps us identify the most critical threats and resolve misconfiguration and security threats. As a result, we've saved costs and engineering hours with PingSafe onboard.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of PingSafe's cloud misconfigurations management, we were able to maintain a healthy security posture despite having a multi-cloud architecture. In addition, PingSafe gives complete visibility on potential attacks and helps with fixes immediately.

I have no issues with PingSafe. The team is very accommodating and understands their customers' needs well.

After using PingSafe, I was able to gain visibility into our cloud infrastructure and identify potential threats that could lead to an exploit. We are saving hours with PingSafe’s contextual alerts and auto-remediation.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about PingSafe is that you can reach a mature point in your cloud security with a very small security team. The tool solves all the cloud security use cases for us. Prioritising alerts based on exploits is a big plus that helps the team understand the criticality of the reported issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. We were looking forward for a threat centre in PingSafe to keep us updated with security threats in the market. Liking this latest release of threat center along with actionable insights.

What do you like best about the product?
PingSafe allows you to assess the security posture of all your cloud accounts in one place. In addition, AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms can be easily integrated with the tool, enabling you to scan them for poor configurations, misconfigurations, and security flaws. Along with that, the visibility on clusters I very helpful in understanding clearly.
