Goanywhere MFT Is A Full-Features File Processing And Transfer Portal - A Must
What do you like best about the product?
I like its integration with its FTP servers and many file-processing plugins that you can optionlly install. It seems to be fully featured and can automate all file processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many services such as its project, trigger, api, and maybe other are restricted to single domain. It would be nice if they can be configure to run processes for multiple domains as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates file transfer and misc process in one tool

the product need to be a bit more moden visual with modern xi. and need more dashboard options.

it transfer a large amount of files quickly and you can config a lot of agents and web users.

What do you like best about the product?
GoAnywhere MFT provides many options to retrieve, manipulate, and process data. It's easy to use interface allows you to quickly create, test, and implement projects. If unsure how to start, several project templates exist, providing the basics needed to accomplish your task. It's proven to be an invaluable tool for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used GoAnywhere MFT for many years. With the latest release being used (7.6.0), I really don't have any dislikes with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GoAnywhere MFT is used for data reconciliation (reporting) with our EDI processes, along with other standard reporting needs. It is also used for inventory feeds to non-EDI customers. Any process that requires to run on a schedule and either report or manipulate data, GoAnywhere MFT is either considered or used.
Best Managed file transfer solution for Enterprise level.
What do you like best about the product?
GoAnywhere MFT allows me to securely and effectively automate file transfers. More-over proper alerts are delivered for each file transfer and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im working from India, however the GoAnywhere support team is from United States. Due to the geographical time difference there is a dely in response for the support tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a regular bases my SAP application generates multiple files. Using GoAnywhere im able to pick the files and drop it to the desired destination. Earlier i was doing it manually. By GoAnywhere MFT this process is automated.

Easy to build workflows which can provide great functionality

As someone who trains other people on the software, my pet hate is the naming of end users as 'webusers', this confuses so many people who associate 'web' with https only.
Also, I prefer the menus spread horizontally rather than the newer vertical arrangement - this takes up too much space.

I advise customers to use this software when it matches their use case. Generally, this means security, visibility and automation

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of file transfers for our high value customers more than 5000 customers across the Globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such issues or features of GoAnywhere MFT which we don't like.

I have Implemented Go anywhere in Multiple customers site, it's very satisfying.

single dashbourd for managing the protocols, workflows and the users. easy to manage, Ease of Implementation and Number lots of feature

not reciving proper notification for the admin user on the new updates, we have to keep on looking to release note link.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implement in a very short time. Professional service engaged for migrating GoAnywhere to another domain was very helpful

GUI may need some improvement as you get lost where to look to for what you want to do.

Amazing experience with GoAnywhere MFT
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service is genuine and personally tailored and Technical support is outstanding. Each project and support case is treated with the utmost respect and care.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is pretty good, but can be improved by expanding some pieces, especially around errors and troubleshooting, going into a little more depth around Gateway/Clustering multiple environments as well as resources like S3 resources for multiple file upload

Offering automation of file transfer across our whole Organization is a benefit to many at Banner. We are very happy with GoAnywhere and its vast capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform that allows you to generate forms quickly and with a friendly programming flow to be able to save information safely in your repository, it has a specialized support area and the manufacturer provides constant updates in case of detecting any vulnerability or improvement of the product.
