Very useful
What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few different topics to learn, all very diverse, so you get a very broad view and also having it in different exam formats (quiz, honeycomb exercises, test, complete the sentence...) makes it very enjoyable!
What do you dislike about the product?
not seeing the correct answers, to learn them, and having to retake the entire test again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have learned a lot about regularization, about specific cybersecurity issues, and it opens my mind to apply it in my modus operandi at work and in my day-to-day routine.

The variety of the different labs and the scoring system adds a challenging element.

when it diverts to other websites which may have been updated since the lab was created

Cyber awareness within the organisation - Improved knowledge
Great for a new comer to InfoSec.
What do you like best about the product?
The practical aspect of labs. Gives you something to apply the knowledge you've just learned. Makes for better knowledge retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some labs have unclear instructions which can lead to a lot of wasted time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem i'm solving is gaining the fundamental knowledge required for InfoSec. Other benefits i've realised is learning other skills along the way

What do you like best about the product?
All the practical labs are so helpful and detailed to gain Knowledge, even the user is new to that particular subject he/she can understand if they go through the info part.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment I don't dislike many things but the way these labs confuse in some parts to get the real answer is quite tricky also it is good in another way which helps to keep us so active while doing labs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Cyber Security Analyst, for me, this immersive lab is so helpful in gaining knowledge in the security world. I worked on labs like junior pentester or SOC analyst Level 1, the practical work on virtual machines helped me a lot.
Quality hands on cyber security training
What do you like best about the product?
I love how practical it is. For me, watching powerpoint slides and grinding out courses can get quite boring and I can switch off easily. The best thing about Immersive Labs is that it is hands-on and gives you the chance to learn and then do, personally I think that is the best way to learn. It gets you using the command line, typing commands and solving problems and gives you experience with a wide range of tools and subjects. Another thing I like is the challenge and the competitiveness. With the points and the leaderboard it motivates you to do more, to move up the leaderboard and learn things you might have never considered. This is what happened with me and now I am at the top of the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there is nothing I dislike about the labs. Sometimes it can get frustrating when you have the answer but it needs to be in a particular format to pass, but that's all part of the challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From participating in labs my problem-solving skills have improved a lot. The more labs you do the more experience you get, which in turn helps a lot when it comes to any obstacles. When you have that experience you can say, oh I have seen this before so I know what to do, or I wonder what will happen if I try this... From doings labs I have learned how to hack, how to analyse malware, how to use various tools and much more. So it is safe to say there have been many benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember this is a challenge and you will get stuck on a lot of labs as did I. When this happens it is best to leave it to one side, study more about the subject and come back to it. Also, make sure you are reading the info panel, learning and understanding the content. It can be easy to guess or brute force some answers when stuck. But the main thing is that you are learning and improving. My final advice is to keep it up and be consistent with it !. Doing at least 1 lab a day can really make a difference.

The practice labs and the challenges that present in every category, for instance, if you wanna learn about reversing or some interesting topic about cybersec, immersive have this

Some labs are slow for instance the windows labs, in some occasions, the labs present some bugs in the part of the paste, some labs don't content info to resolve the lab
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, my web pentesting skills grew up a lot by the labs about this topic and understanding other topics like reversing, secure code, the CTF labs and my personal development

Immersivelabs is a great platform to understand topics about cybersecurity, it is very important not depend on the info section when you try to resolve any lab, you'll need to investigate other sites to complement your knowledge

A wide variety of labs that cover fundamentals, defenders, red teamers and penetration testers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can be at a deadlock and need a hint and the labs don't provide that nudge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exposure and a measurable metric to assess the progress of your team throughout the labs in conjunction with the pathways.
Excellent Content and Hands on Lab activity
What do you like best about the product?
Able to apply training content to live labs. Training content is kept small but informative which keeps it interesting and helps to focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it gets difficult to find answers or the method to find them is not covered in the 'Info' tab or can be found by online search. Having some hint options after n number of tries will be helpful. Having a mobile/tablet app. Game style Flashcard options for a mobile app to earn 1-2 points and compete with other users or within groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning & practicing cyber security tools for penetration and security testing enhances my skill set in product testing.

Tasks should be more informative during the last sections of the exercise and also difficulty level should be more higher enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powershell, Snort etc., as I am a security analyst so I was assigned to solve these assignments

The links to helpful links to sights with more information on that particular lab. I like that you get to actually practice working in different applications and learning cryptography.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information/steps in the lab are vague so you are not sure how to do the task to answer the questions. I also wish the labs were in order in order to have the needed knowledge to complete more difficult labs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing labs related to Cybersecurity and Security plus. I have benefited from my overall understanding of how certain things work and possible questions I may encounter on the Security plus exam.
