Great learning environment
What do you like best about the product?
The theory is "immersed" in practice, you have all the tools in one place and you can take notes as you move along, for later recollection. I love the interactive side of the lessons and the little history lessons related to all the technical stuff I am learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is impossible to use the labs from a mobile phone, an app with the same kind of accessibility you get with a laptop/desktop device would be a great addition to their pallette.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to use cutting-edge tools with down-to-earth, easy-to-understand steps, even baby steps sometimes. I can apply the steps I am learning straight away and I have already used the tools to improve my speed and productivity.
The knoledge is amazing with Inmmersive Labs
What do you like best about the product?
The labs are so easy for understand, and the exercise, practice and quiz, are help myself for my learning. I use only Inmmersive Labs for all and with all plataforms is the best complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in this plataform is very well, but the topic about certification for complete one path, will be very good for reforced the knwoledge. I think that some animations could be good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the same questionnaires about hackers, about cybersecurity, about more tips to be a good pentester, I really like the paths. I think it solves the problem of a continuous learning path, plus you don't need an instructor most of the time to solve the problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform is very intuitive, easy to use and learn through it, in addition to the fact that its learning guides are quite complete, the information provided is very useful and the laboratories prepare you very well.
Fantastic training labs in a safe environment all the way from beginner to pro.
What do you like best about the product?
Great information notes and pages on each lab, meaning you can learn new knowledge aswell as conquer the labs you think you know.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor thing i dislike is the timing out of labs, but i understand why this is a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anything and everything, I have learned a vast amount of skills just by learning with immersive labs.
Good labs, but no solutions if you cant solve
What do you like best about the product?
Content is pretty good and of all levels. Labs are pretty straight-forward with good challenges. A virtual machine is provided, hence, i don't need to set up anything on my pc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No solutions. In case we are stuck in one lab, I am unable to locate the solution. the only thing I can do I try harder. this might be a good or bad thing depending on the perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i keep myself updated with vulnerabilities. some vulnerabilities are old and might not be available in the real-world but immersive labs help to practice those vulnerabilities too.

The tasks themselves are very informative and help to really understand the task at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it can be confusing with some of the questions and there is a lack of support for those stuck on a single question. Also the answer boxes don't seem very sophisticated and could cater towards small errors in answers.

The courses are excellent and well-formatted to fit in one window. They also make you think, rather than just feed you the answers.

Sometimes it would be nice to be fed the answer. :)

What do you like best about the product?
I stumbled upon IL on an email response heavy day. The options available with learning or practical labs makes it interesting. The difficulty levels available are set in a such a way that it is helpful for anyone with any level of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not tailored appropraitely based on the job role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pen testing and code scanning. The benefits - the labs are challenging and it has made me go back to review and learn topics to help completing the labs.

Real-World Challenge-Filled Training
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Immersive Labs does not spoonfeed you with information but it lets you discover things with guidance. Each person has their own way to study and this platform lets you unleash that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform can use more in-platform walk-throughs of those labs that have been finished so that we can learn the approach of other experts in the industry and how they appreciate this platform as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there would be a dead-end, I would want some sort of clue or finger point to the right direction. There are labs that I would have wanted to learn but if you have no prior experience or knowledge about a skill or platform, you would really be stuck. It's a con that's challenging but not really negative in my view. But if the goal is for the consumer to learn, there must be room to possibly "earn" clues?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure to make your members understand that this is not the typical learning platform. This will challenge them to learn and not just be "dictated" without interaction. You may use the element of competition to gain appreciation for the platform.
Intuitive Platform for Learning about the Latest Cyber vulnerabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how quickly the platform puts out new content about recent vulnerabilities. Also really like the leaderboards so I can see how I compare to my peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The virtual desktop is nice, but it would be cool to see some sort of VPN solution similar to HTB where I can attack machines with my own computer instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IL has helped me sharpen my edge and learn about offensive security. It puts into perspective the threats I am working to protect our enterprise against. We see good engagemtne on this platform especially on Invest in Yourself Day.
