Great insights & great support.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize insights has been great. Having a dedicated resource to support us has also been extremely helpful. I have no other experience with competitors so I can't compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not super intuitive. Even with training, I had to do quite a bit of poking around before things started to really make sense. Something like a quick reference guide might be helpful to keep on hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RI is giving us actionable, data-backed insights to back up our client recommendations. It's saving us time and internal bandwidth and allowing us to do research on a much larger scale

User-friendly interface with excellent flexibility and powerful data insights
What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insights offers an intuitive, easy-to-learn platform for gaining often unexpected insights from even large data sets. We were able to use it to find patterns within the results from a large employee survey that we wouldn't have been able to gain using any manual methods. But their greatest strength may be their people: extremely knowledgeable, very accessible, and really a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't experience any downsides to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps us take survey and other research data and get more useful information from it than we otherwise could. This enables us to give our clients value-added service.
Incredible insights to be had!
What do you like best about the product?
RI offers the ability to generate unique and ownable insights that are VERY compelling. Huge value in using the insights for client work, and for generating owned research. Also - incredible account service! Everyone is super smart and personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve with the platform. Expect it to take a few projects before you're comfortable manipulating the data and creating your own insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've primarily used the platform to generate owned insights that we are using to create research reports and other thought leadership.

Really diffcult to tell if insights are genuine or conincidental. Often trends can be traced to one or two spurious results as opposed to genuine differnces between sources

Relative insight is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Relative insight is a true out-of-the-box analysis platform, that allows you to maximize your analytical capability. Text/speech analysis is a tool not very commonly utilized, though you can uncover some truly impactful things by using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Relative insight can be hard to use sometimes. The UX can be confusing for first time users especially, and the process for setting up a question to be analyzed is not always the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relative Insight is one of many weapons to add to the arsenal of an analyst, simply rounding out any insights by providing yet another lens with which to view the given data from.
Great tool and great support folks
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to compare and contrast lots of data across websites or big data files. I find myself using them in presentations frequently even more so than some other tools we subscribe to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when the data contains spam or needs a lot of cleaning to produce insights. So its more a function of the data we're using than the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time and analysis by having charts that summarize the uniqueness of the corpora I am comparing. It also helps unearth things in large datasets that I might not have uncovered by hand.
Relative Insight is an excellent tool to get quick insights on your text data.
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and useful to gain insights on your dataset. It allows you to identify tone and themes from your dataset which can be very useful to understand. You can also then combine your insights and share them using the insight cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relative insight does lack few basic stats, such as the number of verbatim identified per subtheme. Relative insight also doesn't allow you to attach the verbatim with highlighted phrases for each theme. It also doesn't include many visualisation options which quite a downside as a user would want to have many different type of visuals to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During our last catchup, Relative insight is planning to create an API which can be used in different softwares such as PowerBI which will be very useful as it is a software commonly used to share insights.

The whole team in RI has been so helpful, they took us through their tool, and helped as much as they could to bring insights for us.

I like the team and the service. of course I like the type of analysis they provide, it is very insightfull and give us a different point of view of our regular data.
What do you dislike about the product?
the reporting. must be improve. it is too simple, I would like to be able to have some cross tabulations and be able to do it my self. I am happy that now we can see the trend. however, we need to pay extra

It is improving teh reporting, but stills have some room for improvment
