Fast Access Management with WSO2
What do you like best about the product?
The connection connectors offered by this solution have made it much simpler for our organization to manage access to diverse systems. It handles many authentication systems incredibly well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insufficient detail in the product's documentation may make it challenging to comprehend the integration procedure. The details about documentation is too short, and this is not enough for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform guarantees that users can easily sign into systems that support Single Sign-On (SSO). The software also delivers powerful security features that make identification and access management simple.

What do you like best about the product?
it gave us more difficulties than it solved them. we ultimately gave this software up.
What do you dislike about the product?
it very frequently releases new features which creates chaos and breaks our working flow. we have to configure now and then. we understand that it might be improving but it just gets messy for us. its documentation should be improved too. its synapses are way too old to use. its eclipse interface works abruptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it did not benefit us at all and we ultimately had to give it up. API analytics dashboard needs to be improved tremendously.

I focus mostly on the great advantages on the positive side from cost and installation to it's usability and I find it better in all . Nothing much to improve on.

General identity management from checking and regulations of sign in. It has well equipped features for identity management and authentication or access management.

Hey, the best about WSO2 Identity Server is that it is one of the most accessible tools to manage, and also it will solve your identity-related problems. It will help you to secure your data's. WSO2 Identity Server can be used anywhere, like organizations, buses, Banking etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is no dislike about WSO2 Identity Server. Sometimes face recognition will not capture, or thumb identification will not work if hands are wet. Need improvement in that.

The significant advantage of WSO2 is that it uses standard technologies it is easy to integrate with other software to capture data. it is easy to use with no complex features
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is simple to use with customizable features, it lacks documentation for more advanced scenarios that, make it hard to implement it

We tried to use many identity servers before WS02. Those were hard to implement, but with this one, it's easy to use by almost doing nothing. WS02 easily integrates with other software to capture data

Wso2 helps us to manage user accounts on our resources and their roles.
It helps us to perform better by enabling easy login.
It has allowed us to use on sign in to login and access all our apps and resources, this saves us lots of time spent login in to all the different apps.

I think the only dislike is that it's a bit complex to understand, it took me a long time and lots or reading up on the product documentation to figure it out.

Recently, it has been experienced or noticed that this software's licensing pricing has increased slightly. The features and the dashboard have not been updated for so long, making the software outdated and slower due to no regular updates.

A single location that offers a lot of features and amazing workflow techniques under one shelter with an outstanding level of security. Multiple project and work handling has been done so smoothly with this platform.

The tool is complex when it comes to coding and programming it may take time to learn some of it's features and the pricing will be high to cater for this. Not so much of didlikybut atleast awareness before purchase.
