An allrounder Endpoint management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Desktop Central for the last 2 years, and it has been a fantastic experience. Below are the speifics which were best about Endpoint Central
a. Deploying of the application is very easy as you get access 50K+ applications in handy.
b.Deploying patches at both OS level and Application level is exact and simple
c.Displkaying information about any zerio day vulnerability whioch has been released
d.Creating Custom Group with respect t Computers and users
e.Sceduoling report to be sent directly to the mailbox and generating custom report like details about specific software on all endpoints, etc.
f.Implementing policies is very simple and straightforward.
h. Real-time showing the result of any configuration (deployment) which has been triggered,

What do you dislike about the product?
I won't see any specific thing about dislike as each time the Endpoint Management tool is expanding. But I have faced a couple of issues
a. Deploying configuration on used-based was failing continuously for me.
b. IT is tough to get the status of the device encryption. When force encryption is deployed it does get applied, but the result is not displayed back in the configuration.
c.Postgre SQL knowledge is needed for query reports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage Engine Endpoint Central is putting all the options needed for managing endpoints in a large infrastructure.Specifically, it helps in the blow ares
a. Application creation and deployment
b.Deploying patches for both OS and Application
e.Remediating vulnerabilities
f.Implementing device restriction
g.Smooth interaction when remote desktop tools are used
h.Easy to show any notification or announcement to the endpoints.

It's a central server for all IT/security related tasks and management

Could be more fit for SAAS only companies

So many, this one of the best and needed solutions

MDM commands are located in unlogical locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it to manage and patch our stations in multiple cities with MDM for phones which saving our time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the Patch management in Endpoint Central
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to determine the exact licensing required during the initial purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Managment
Easy to setup and very in depth
What do you like best about the product?
It was quick and easy to setup. There are a lot of functions such as patch management, software deployment/management, Browser restriction, and even DLP and bitlocker managment now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are only minimally available on Apple MacOS. This requires use of MDM for some management. Also, deploying some sofware, like SentinelONE was very difficult for Mac and ended up requiring manual installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us unify our security and endpoint management. This allows us to have a centralized ability to show our company's security stance and to complete annual security audits.
After testing all other endpoint tools, i finally choose Managed Engine as for endpoint management.

Patching, Mobile Management, Software and security updates, Configurations, Software deployments and more
What do you dislike about the product?
Remote Support(Too slow and the quality is not great)

What do you like best about the product?
Single interface for accomplishing many tedious tasks. Allows you to empower users for self-service while automating other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options that should be included are considered add-ons, and some things that are included should be add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a single interface to do patching, remote management and software deployment, so I spend less time jumping around different applications and more time executing tasks.

Ease of deployment and the granular manageability of endpoints if very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some issues with ManageEngine exe files causing Errors in Event logs

Centralized product where i can access equipment and audit my in fracture.

The cloud version of the product is outdated compared with the Premises version.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great RMM tool that an admin can mamange endpoints, servers and works with Winodws, Linux and mac. We use it since 2014 and its had been working great for patching, remote control, software control, permission, GPs and more
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes patching issues occur when someone applies a patch, they will still show that that machine is still missing, which means it takes time to reflect the chances, which makes the system admin a little confused.

First and most, it solves our monthly patching, which we have set up to take place on every patch Tuesday,endpoint managment by installing/uninstalling software, running updates remote contol and applying certain plocies to specific workstations and users depending on the department or divisions need
