Botsify Enhances Customer Experience with AWS

Pakistan's Botsify helps businesses build AI chatbots for Facebook and website customer support chat without the need to code or program. It provides an easy interface for customers to train their own chatbot, including building an FAQ Chatbot for customer support, or to integrate with several services. It receives about half a million chatbot requests every day and serves about 300 thousand page views every month. Since using AWS, Botsify has been able to improve customer response time from 4 seconds to under 1 second, and easily migrate huge volumes of existing data sets to build new features and ideas in minutes.
