This Quick Start deploys Tableau Server in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud and configures it to work with Snowflake in about 30 minutes. This Quick Start is for IT and database professionals who want to understand the infrastructure requirements of these solutions and deploy production workloads for end users in their organizations.
Tableau Server paired with Snowflake gives users a powerful platform to store, query, and analyze their data in real time. This Quick Start demonstrates the workflow for uploading data to Snowflake, publishing that data to Tableau Server, and creating analytics content on top of the live data. You can deploy Tableau Server into a new virtual private cloud (VPC) or an existing VPC, and connect Tableau Server to Snowflake. You can also use the templates to customize your deployment.
