This integration configures a set of Amazon Web Services (AWS) resources to seamlessly use ChoiceView from Radish Systems with Amazon Connect. ChoiceView can transform ordinary phone calls into “voice with visual” calls while maintaining compatibility with existing phones, dialing plans, business phone systems, and contact centers. 

With ChoiceView, the Amazon Connect service becomes a multimedia platform that allows callers with a smartphone—or virtually any phone and browser combination—to interact with visual live agents and visually enhanced virtual agents. Callers don’t have to install a mobile app, preregister, or set up a profile in advance.

Amazon Connect integrations are currently supported in the US East (N. Virginia) Region only. The deployments are automated by AWS CloudFormation templates and use AWS Lambda functions to enable the integration, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles and permissions to secure the environment.
