AWS Activate provides startups, including both smaller, early stage companies and more advanced digital businesses, with free tools and resources to quickly get started on AWS. Today we are excited to announce the general availability of the new AWS Activate Console. The Activate Console is full of personalized tools and resources designed to support startups through every stage of their journey, from their initial idea, to building a MVP, to securing their first customer, to scaling their business on AWS and beyond.
Here is a more detailed look at some of the features startups will find in the Activate Console:
Personalized Recommendation Feed
The Recommendation Feed provides a truly personalized experience by curating tools and resources from the experts at AWS based on a startup’s profile, interests and usage of AWS services. Topics include getting started on AWS, choosing AWS Services, how-to’s, optimizing costs, trainings, and events.
The Activate Console brings together exclusive offers on a range of services and solutions important to startups as they grow. These include discounts, free products, credits, and other startup-friendly perks. Startups will find offers from trusted organizations such as DataDog, Zendesk, Stripe, BREX and HubSpot.
Whether a startup is just getting started or already building on AWS, the Tech Hub helps startups design, build and optimize their environment. Startups can find real-time updates on the health of their AWS environment, new support services to explore, and a direct route to opening support cases.
Cost and Credit Summary
Startups often ask for greater visibility into their AWS credit usage, balance and billing. A new cost and credit dashboard highlights their credits and balances, their current AWS spend, and a forecast of when their credits will likely run out. This information helps startups make informed decisions and maximize their AWS credits.
Activate Portfolio members globally (with the exception of China) - both current and former - can access the Activate Console today by navigating to AWS Activate in the AWS Console or going to the AWS Activate website. Startups who are not yet part of the Activate Portfolio program can learn more, including how to apply, here.
The Activate Console is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese-traditional, and Chinese.
