Amazon Connect Customer Profiles aggregates information from Amazon Connect contract trace record with customer data from built-in connectors for third-party applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Marketo. Amazon Connect Customer Profiles automatically scans and matches customer records based on unique identifiers to surface a unified customer profile. Customer profiles share information such as name, phone number, and email address to help the agent identify the caller in real-time. With Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, agents have all the customer information they need in a single place, so they can deliver more personalized customer service.
